I was very happy with my experience with Rock Solid Exteriors. First I met Levi when he came out (in the rain) to look at my roof and provided a great estimate. Next I spoke with Tammie in the office to get the process moving forward. My project got scheduled quickly and within a week I was meeting the Brian, Luke and the rest of the team at my home. The roofing team did a great job of protecting my patio and landscape. Each time I came outside to see what work was going on, Brian answered any questions I had. Once they were done they cleaned up and as I walked the yard with them and each time I asked a question or pointed something out they patiently answered all questions. When I asked if they could take "one more pass" with the magnet for nails they said no problem and did another sweep. Finally, today I met Jeff when he and Luke came back to walk the property and answer any additional questions I had. I would recommend Rock Solid Exteriors to anyone in need of work on their home.

I have tried to get them to repair siding that has come off. It is a job they did and guaranteed. I have called for a week and left messages without receiving the courtesy of a return call.

Very professional and courteous. Did have some delay due to wet weather and the city made more demands than expected. It was a total of 3 days to implement. Results were outstanding. Price was higher than most but not as high as a few. Elected not to go with low bidder. The concrete was injected with fibers which is more costly and is supposed to make the cement stronger.

My parents are getting older and I was worried about my dad getting on a ladder and cleaning out the gutters. They were old and falling off the house. I am pretty sure they were the same ones since I lived there and I have been married for 12 years now. We live over an hour away and with work, it was getting hard to get over there to help them. I contacted Rock Solid as my neighbors had used them. George came out and provided us with a quote to replace the gutters and suggested gutter guards to help them stay cleaner longer. Man, I am so glad they went with them. I gives my wife and I peace of mind that my Dad isn’t on a ladder anymore.

My wife talked me into going to a home improvement show at the beginning of the year. We had been trying to find a cement company to replace our walkway and driveway. They were crumbling and it was becoming a safety issue. We met Rob at the Rock Solid booth and talked about our options with him. He came out to our house and we decided to go with a stamped concrete walkway and a cement driveway with a matching stamped border. That company knows their stuff. We were delayed by the rain a few times, but I cannot tell you how impressed I am with how it came out. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks to Rob and Katie in the office. They were great to work with.

I highly recommend this company! We discovered a leak that seemed to come out of nowhere. A few other companies came out to give us quotes, but the prices seemed so high. My husband was on Facebook and saw an ad for Rock Solid Exteriors. I was hesitant because there were some reviews that worried me, but we had them come out to give us a quote. We met with Ray and after his inspection, he informed us that we had some pretty bad damage from a storm that had gone through our area and that we could actually use our homeowners insurance to file a claim. He also suggested replacing our attic insulation as we had water get into the attic from the leak. It took a little bit to get through everything, but Ray worked with our insurance company and provided them all the information they needed. And our claim was approved! We now have a brand-new roof and attic insulation. It makes me feel good knowing that everything is fixed and ready for winter. Also, the ladies in the production department are great! We would absolutely use them again.

I found Rock Solid Exteriors after searching Google for window companies in my area. Our windows were really old and broken. Mike came out to our house the same week. He was able to educate us on the different options and we found solutions that helped us stay within budget. He also was able to sign us up for financing, which was great with the holiday season fast approaching. We love our new windows and had a great experience with the company. Katie in their production department walked us through every step of the way. And the guy who installed the windows was awesome, high energy and polite. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for window replacements.

Ray from Rock Solid Exteriors visited our home after we'd had some very poor experiences with some of the major players in the Windows/Insulation installation profession. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to talk to. I normally DREAD these kinds of quote meetings as they always turn into a hard sell where you feel like you have to fight to get a fair price or the right to hear more than one offer. Ray listened to what we needed, talked to us about the company's values and commitments to their work, the quality of the windows, and our options for insulation. In the end, the quote delivered was terrific. We hired them that day, despite having no pressure exerted on us to rush the decision. I highly recommend them.

I deal with many contractors as an interior designer. This company did a great job. We had some hiccups with communication in the beginning, but the quality of work done was worth having the patience in the end. They do not cut corners and were very good about explaining the process as it went along to help me make decisions on materials and color choices. Rob was AMAZING as the project lead. They are my "go-to"from now on with any exterior project for me or my clients.

They did a good job and I would hire them again. Their clean up was good and I would recommend them as well.

The job was started beginning of July. They ran out of siding halfway through the job. It took more than 3weeks to get more siding to finish the siding. The job was completed the end of August, 2 weeks later siding in front of the house started to buckle, I called for repairs. Caulking needed to be finished I was told the contractor would be out the following week of the completion of the job. It's now November, all I get is lip service and no service.

Everything went better than expected. The work was done much sooner than expected and came in under the cost the adjuster had come up with. Levi is great to work with and really helped us out. We also used them a couple years to do the siding on our addition. I would definitely recommend Rock Solid if you are looking for siding, gutters, or roof repair. I only mention those three because that is all we have used them for.

My husband and I were searching around for quotes for a new roof/windows. The rep David M. that came out was timely, knowledgable, and was respectful of the COVID guidelines which put our minds at ease. He gave us information regarding different packages and made us feel that we were making an informed decision. David was cognizant of our price range and we were happy to find a bundle that was within our budget without feeling like we had to compromise. We also like that this company donates to charity (Angels of Hope).

Big hole left in facia, that we got after them to come out & caulk. Instead of gradual pitch, one drops like 2" in the last 2 feet. No detail in paperwork, that they want completely done online. Look elsewhere

The job went very smoothly. I was impressed with the crew's quality of work. This was our third roof replacement, and by far the best one. Once the job was completed the crew left my yard better than they found it. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They did excellent job and also did an excellent job of cleaning up. They started at 8 in the morning and did not leave until 11 at night. A couple of men came back Sunday morning to do a couple more hours of work. On Monday, they even sent out a gentleman to inspect the roof to make sure everything looked good. I would definitely hire them again and I would recommend them.

We have used Rock Solid now twice on two different houses. Both times we have gotten roofs with the platinum package and gutters and the second time we needed to get new insulation and siding too. We couldn't be happier with our decision! They got the entire project done in just a few short weeks after having to contend with lots of fall rain and it looks amazing! But better than the look is the fact that our roof no longer leaks and neither does our siding. The service, quality of product and workmanship far exceeded our expectations both times. You will likely be able to find a cheaper price from another company but you get what you pay for and the superior result we have received and piece of mind for so many years to come is well worth the cost.
