The kitchen and one of the two bathrooms were spotless. However the rest of the rooms still had cobwebs on the walls and dirt smudges on light switches and such. The worst of it is that this company charged $100 over the high of the estimate, saying the house was dirtier than thought. When I told the caller about the cobwebs, he knocked $50 off. DO NOT HIRE or if you do, make sure to get an estimate in writing.

the original look and quote did not take into consideration the framing that was needed. after the workers figured out how to frame the job it was done timely. The work was done without any plans. The end product I am well satisfied with.

Kevin did an excellent job on my home! My home had little insulation and my energy bills were through the roof. Kevin sealed my attic and added new Insulation to my home. I had terrible ice damming and it helped with the issue so much. My home had no vents and he added vents to help the attic breathe. I would recommend his services to anyone!

We wanted to test out the attic work and get insulation replaced and if the job was good we would rehire for the kitchen remodel. It went so smoothly and throughout the whole process we felt that our home was like Mr.Rodriguez home. So much respect to our home and such amazing work. Thank you again! Rodriguez Contracting LLC did an amazing job on installing new insulation at my house in Jerome! They are very thorough, outstanding professional company!! Owner personally involved to insure work is done correctly to your satisfaction. My house is much warmer! When they were done they left everything cleaned! Theses guys were priced lower than competition!! EXCELLENT JOB!!
