Jorge did a fantastic job for us; I would highly recommend him for drain clearing services. We had another national franchise sewer/drain cleaning company come in first to look at our clogged mainline drain. This "reputable" franchise wanted to charge me over $13,000 to clear debris and roots from the line and install a sewer liner. I came to Angi to find other professionals for a second opinion and after speaking with Jorge had him come give me a free estimate. Before he did anything, he put out blankets and buckets to protect my property. He then opened the drain, used a camera to view the entire length of the drain, and concluded we only needed to shave out roots that were blocking the flow down the drain. Two others confirmed the same. Jorge quoted us a reasonable price. We booked him the next day. Jorge showed up on time, did the same protective prep work, and completed the agreed upon shaving of the roots. Afterwards he took more video to show us the now cleared drain. 5 star

The provider came and unclogged the toilet but left me with a toilet that would not stop running. After contacting the provider to let them know they texted me a YouTube video. They said that they were going to come back to complete the repair but did not. I ended up having to hire another company to complete the job.

Went well. I thought that I might need a new trap or elbow since water was leaking. As it turned out, it was the sprayer that was leaking and not the elbow. The tech did not try to oversell me all new plumbing and I appreciate that.

I had a clogged toilet that could not be plunged. Jorge and Giovanny were very efficient at identifying the problem and resolving the issue; the clog was not at the toilet level, but rather it ended up being a clogged pipe to the septic. They were both very amicable. I am keeping their card and will call them back for any problem in the future.

Jorge from Rodri's Rooter just saved me $10,000 and a major headache. After a big-name company charged me $400 to partially snake my sewer line (leaving a gigantic clog behind with a two-day warranty) and gave a huge scare telling me I had only days/weeks to do major $$$ work on my sewer line, Jorge came to the rescue armed with only top-of-the-line equipment, hard work and pure honesty. He did what the other company didn't do, and more: Found a point of entry where to work efficiently from. Checked the line thoroughly through video inspection to tell me what's really going on (no lies or exaggerations). Obliterated the clog with special equipment (unlike the other company who simply snaked it to make a tiny opening in the clog, which the told me would clog again). Marked the location of the sewer line outside my property for future reference. Gave me an honest assessment--not a fear-based upsell. The whole thing for about the same price the big-name company charged me. In a word of scammers, Jorge and his professionalism, ethics, fairness and honesty are a rare breath of fresh air. My only regret is not to have found him sooner!
