ROE SERVICES CAME TIMELY TO INSPECT AND DETERMINE REMEDIATION PLAN AND OFFERED A TIMELY AND REASONABLE QUOTE. ARRANGED FOR CONVENIENT SERVICE DATES TO MINIMIZE DISRUPTION. OUTINED EVERYYTHING THEY WOULD BE DOING INCLUDING ALL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS THEY WOULD TAKE TO ENSURE PROPERTY WAS PROTECTED FROM ANY ASBESTOS SPREAD. Excellent work. John News was very responsive right from the start. He and his workers removed all the carpet and the asbestos floor tiles that were the culprit. They arrived on time and finished the work leaving me a clean room and a certificate indicating the air levels at completion. My daughter in law had rejected living there when she was informed by a carpet salesperson that under the carpet in the family room were asbestos tiles. Now the room is asbestos free and my family is moving in next week. Thanks so much to John News and Roe Services. I would use them or recommend to anyone who is in need of this service. ???

They did the work very quickly within 3 hours. I am happy with the result because I no longer have asbestos in my home and I feel much safer. We were putting in a new floor in the laundry room in order to repair our house to sell. The floor company reported that the old tiles were asbestos, which they were not allowed to remove. We contacted Roe via Angie's list. They got back to us immediately and did a rush job, as we were in a hurry. When the floor came up, they discovered the mold. As we wanted that remediated as well, they wound up removing part of a wall (water damaged). They did the jobs very quickly, repaired the walls as good as new, and left the laundry room squeaky clean. We have since had John out to discuss what our new house needs. Roe is a pleasure to work with and they know their stuff.

John was very knowledgeable and professional. He successfully abated my kitchen floor which I had independently verified by an air monitoring firm per his suggestion. He worked within our timeline and coordinated well with the other contractors we had on the renovation job. I would definitely use him again.
