ROGERS CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION

Terrible. Mark gave us excuse after excuse (sickness, money problems, deaths, weather)and never completed the work. He took over $11k from us to pour a concrete pad for our barn and left us with a mud pit in our backyard. He tried changing the pricing throughout the job and yelling at us to try to intimidate us and never poured any concrete. We were left with no money and no concrete and had to take out another loan and hire a different company to come do the work. We have sued him (See the case in kenton county records.)He admitted to taking the money and never having any intention of completing the work. He used our money for other bills and things is what he said. Do NOT USE HIM, he is a horrible person and will not complete his work. We are now awaiting payments from him that are court ordered per the settlement, but he hasn’t held up to that agreement either. RUN!!! Total scammer!! Save your money!

The City of Bromley hired Mark for large project consisting of multiple street curb and gutters, crosswalk ramps and sidewalk repairs. They came in and quickly knocked out this project with quality work in no time! This company went above and beyond while painting every no parking zone curb which wasn't even in the original scope of work. Had no complaints from a single home owner!

Mark was great to work with and the product was excellent. Mark and his workers were all professional and friendly. Promptness and communication were exceptional. Will definitely hire for future projects.

Where I come from people and their word and work mean a lot. Since moving to the city from living in the country and enjoying being a new homeowner with my awesome lady. We have not found anyone that worked as hard and punctual as these two did. Was awesome to see someone enjoy the work asked instead of just wanting money. For the work that this man done and his one side kick did. The work is outstanding. These two went above and beyond what was ask of them. Would recommend these guys to do anything.
