Rojo Roofing & Exteriors

This was the best experience I've ever had with any type of home improvement. After waiting a week for another company to return my call I contacted Rojo Roofing & Exteriors this morning by email through their website. Jose called me within minutes and said he could stop by to give me an estimate this afternoon. He was here for less than 30 minutes and has already repaired our roof! Jose was friendly and professional and honest about what work needed to be done. I'll definitely be calling Rojo Roofing in a couple of years when the whole roof needs to be re-shingled.

Jose came promptly after getting my request. He thoroughly inspected the roof and reported the shingles were good but the vent looked like it needed re-caulking. He went into the attic (had to remove a board in the garage to gain access) and found the wet area under the vent. He came back the same day and caulked the vents and then caulked all the other ones as well. He took pictures of the work he had done on the vents. I also asked him about capping a furnace vent and he made some suggestions on how to proceed and measured it for me. He was great to work with, explained this well and hopefully this will stop future leaks.

The same day I called, Rojo Roofing came out to inspect my home the SAME DAY! I was impressed of their fast service. As soon as Jose inspected my roof, he identified the issue and gave me a quick solution which no one else had done. He also completed the job in a timely manner. I did not have to wait months to get my roof done. He is very professional and honest. I strongly recommend Rojo Roofing!

Jose and his team did a great job. He met with us first and made sure we were okay with the plan. He also bought the supplies that we didn’t have on-hand. The work was fast, professional and and high quality. We are happy with our new kitchen floor and carpeted steps.

They are very professional and responsible for their work. I was very pleased with their finished work. They are also very reasonable when it comes to pricing. Overall, I had a great experience with them and I will be definitely reaching out to them again for my next project. I highly recommend them for your next roofing or siding projects.
