We contacted Rolando & he got back to us right away. He came & gave us a reasonable estimate, so we went with him. He & his crew were on time and spent 3 hours stretching an entire house full of carpet that was improperly installed. They were courteous & professional. Rolando, in particular, was very respectful of my wife & I. I highly recommend him for any type of carpet work.

We had a little difficulty connecting due to my schedule, but Rolando was persistent and professional. When we did connect, he came prepared to do the work on the same day as the estimate. The price quoted was fair and his reviews are very strong. I was not disappointed. He did a pretty extensive repair of the carpet and stretched the carpet in another room, all in a couple of hours. Outstanding work and responsiveness. Cleaned up everything like he was never there. Just a great experience and I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Rolando and his team got us out of a pickle - our local big box store miscommunicated several very important details on a carpet project for our first home and we were in danger of not being able to vacate our apartment on time with our young family by an entire due to the delays. Even after the big retailer cut the carpet incorrectly according to the measurements from Rolando, he and team managed to get the job done for half of what the store was going to charge for padding and install. He was very responsive and professional, and I can't recommend him enough! I was so stressed and now everything is okay ?

I love love love what this company did to my existing carpet. It really needed to be stretched and they did a fantastic job making it look like it did when it was first installed. We thought it needed to be ckeanespd after but it diesnt. I highly recommend and will use them again in the future. We'll done!!!
