Rolling Right Garage Doors

Had Mr Dave Shinko of Rolling Right perform a broken spring replacement on a rental with my tenant present to allow access to the garage. After a few upsell attempts, he 'fixed' the spring and my tenant's adult child only confirms it opens and closes so Dave was promptly paid. A few weeks later I stopped by the property and saw that one side of the garage door had a 2 inch space at the bottom (see picture). Promptly called Dave and ask this to be fixed, he contacted me back giving many possible excuses from door and header not level to the house settling. He eventually agreed to come out and fix the issue, that's when the unresponsiveness began. No prompt return of texts or call as before and he did mistakenly called me back thinking I was his realtor and also offered to "won't leave me hanging". No response to one more text to schedule and I gave up and decide to give a contrasting review to these 5 star review for this company. Unscrupulous individual that "left me hanging".

It went absolutely amazing. He helped me understand the garage door and the basics of how to maintain it. He was kind, and professional. I give a 10 out of 10! And I will absolutely refer that company to friends and family.

Efficiently and trouble free. Very happy with the David. The price was right. I would absolutely refer him to my family and friends.

The whole process went smooth. Dave came out, measured and installed 2 car and single car garage doors. Efficient, courteous and left our garage spotless. Definitely will recommend to our family and friends.
