I was worried that the issue with my foundation drain was going to be a huge problem. Robbie and Justin came when they said they would they day after I called, and within a half hour they had cleared out my foundation drain using their water jet machine. They went in thru the basement window so there was no mess to clean up. They were very pleasant, and Robbie explained just what was happening and how they could fix it. I could not be happier with the quick, clean and efficient job they did. I would recommend them to anyone and will call them the next time I have drain issues.

I would highly recommend this small business to anyone. We had an emergency backup/clog that caused our plumbing to be unusable. Found this business using Angie's List. Within minutes I was contacted and they were able to come within the hour, traveling 20+ miles. Justin was courteous and thorough. He made sure the main was unclogged and that all avenues of water travel were flowing smoothly. He also gave us some suggestions and things to look for. Great service! Great people! Prompt, thorough, courteous. Reasonable rates! Would definitely call again if we need plumbing/drain service.

They were able to come the day I called and quoted me $225 which is a lot more affordable than any other company I called. They didn't specify a time so we were just waiting at home for a few hours. When they arrived they started water jetting the drain for 10-15 min. When pulling out the water jet hose, it got caught on something and the guy forcefully pulled it out and dislodge the pipe from my house from the main drain pipe to the sewers. We ran the washer and all the water came out in my basement from where the pipe was dislodged. They had a different job but promised to come back to fix it. They did come back later that night and patched it up. While i ran upstairs to turn on faucets/ flush toilet to test it out, the plumber was monitoring to make sure there were no drips. When I went back downstairs, he declared that there were not a drip. I had my GF flush the toilet and I noticed that there still was a gradual drip. He said he doesn't have the right materials to fix it properly so he'll have to come back. There was a misunderstanding during a phone call so they didn't end up coming back to fix it until 2 days later. Once it was corrected we ran the washer twice and everything seemed ok so I paid him and he left. A week later, there was puddles of water in my basement again. I called and asked for my money back or for them to re-water jet the line. Since it was Father's day I said it was ok if they come a few days later. But they never called me back nor came back to finish the job. My regret is paying them. I ended up calling a different company who snaked the line and found a tons of roots that they didn't clear and had a camera inspection to confirm that the drain is clean for $400. I would not recommend rolling rooter. It did not seem like they had any experience with cleaning drains. They were very nice to you in person, but on the phone, he was really rude to me when I expressed that I was still having issues with back up.

DO NOT use Rolling Rooter for indoor plumbing!! I was recently told by someone I spoke to from their office that drain service is their primary business. We were never informed of this when we called to utilize their service. We have used this company twice for a wax ring replacement on the same toilet. First, in May of 2010 after a toilet leak which lead to a ceiling collapse on the first floor and again in October of 2016. In our situation, the toilet drain flange is 1 inch below the level of the floor tile. The 1st plumber in 2010 placed a double wax ring. We then had the 1st floor ceiling replaced. This lasted until October of 2016 when we discovered that it was leaking through the new ceiling placed in 2010. The 2nd plumber who came out removed the silicone caulk that the 1st plumber had placed at the base of the toilet. He discovered the rings had dissolved and lost their seal which caused the leak. Again, a double ring was placed. He did not replace the silicone caulk nor clean up the caulk that he had peeled away from the prior plumber. It was left on the floor, which I discovered after he left. On 6/24/17, we discovered another leak from this toilet only 8 months after the plumber had done the last repair. It was leaking down through our ceiling again. We found the the same issue causing the leak. The wax ring had dissolved and lost its seal. Neither of these plumbers identified that the situation required a different fix due to the flange being below the surface of the tile floor. I called to speak to someone at their business letting them know what happened. She mentioned that she would speak to the owner. I heard nothing back. So I called about a week and a half ago. Someone took the message and said someone would call back. I heard from no one. So I recalled and I believe I was speaking to the owner, although he did not identify himself. I explained what had happened and mentioned the 2nd plumber saw the wax ring failure but he chose to deny any responsibility, said it shouldn't happen and hung up on me.

I happened to have an excavator at my house to dig a pool and asked him to dig to up the front yard because I was having a problem with the drain in my garage (1958 house). I was sure where the drain went once it left the garage. He found the pipe but didn't have the tools to fix the problem. I had had 2 other "rooter" guys try to clear the drain. Called Rolling Rooter and told him what was going on. He said he had to finish up with his wife's dr. appt but would be out within 2 hrs. and he was. Had the right tools and with the pipe exposed was able to clear the drain. He was then worried that we were supposed to get rain and the trench would collapse. He didn't have the right pipe so ran out and got the pipe to repair the break, came back, waded through muddy water and did the repair. Threw enough dirt on to protect everything and then was satisfied drain would stay fixed. I would ABSOLUTELY call them again. Never expected him to show up same day and all was fixed in a couple hours. He said he could have dug the pipe as well so he can also dig.

Even though I am out in the sticks, they came the same day I called. Evaluated the problem and gave an estimate. It's an old house so when you fix one thing - another shows. They called in additional workers to fix the problem. Everything was explained, and they stayed into the eve to fix my problems. He explained every step of the way what was going to happen
