went well - completed all projects quickly. Had a few issues with new cabinet pulls but they were corrected. Otherwise everything went as planned.

The drywall repair was initially completed but needed to be finished when dry. I was told by "Bobby" that to complete this job required a new work order and additional fees. The cover up over the microwave was not done and Bobby again said for him to come back out to fix properly would require more money. I called the office several times and asked for the manager or owner but she never seemed to be available. Needless to say, I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Guys (Bobby and Brian) were very personable and worked hard the entire time they were here...had to come up with some more stuff for them to do because they finished my original hopeful list early...handymen indeed....

He got here at 8 o'clock sharp. His shop told me that he was leaving at 8 o'clock and he should be here between 8:15 and 8:30 and he was here at 8 o'clock on the dot. He didn't stop for lunch and he worked till 4:00. I followed him around like a puppy and he got all but a few things done. I would like to give a shout out to Bobby who did the work. He was excellent.

All items installed as urely and professionally. The handyman were carefully to understand exactly where and how I wanted each item installed.

Storm doors and handles misaligned, doors damaged by multiple screw holes, only three screws holding door frame onto brick mold, kick plate screws installed from out side.

Bruce was great! Was a little late, but called ahead of the appointment time to let us know he was running behind. He inspected the waterline from in the kitchen and within the crawl space. He determined that running the waterline from under the sink would be a much better option for the newer model dishwasher that we purchased. He rerouted the waterline, installed the dishwasher, turned the water and electrical back on then ensured it was running properly! We are very pleased with his work and plan to use them again in the future for home maintenance needs.

Both men were pleasant and jobs requested were accomplished. I Would prefer that the 2 individuals who came to our home to provide these services not return in the future. Both men appeared rather unkempt, even dirty. We were their first job of the day, so being dirty due to an earlier job that day was not an excuse.One of them had such a severe chest cough that he probably should have stayed home. I was always concerned about the germs or respiratory infections he might well have released into the atmosphere of our home. General rule: If you are sick, get into a hot bath and STAY HOME!

Good. They were kind of hard to get a hold of on the phone but once I was scheduled. I had zero complaints.

The 2 installers seemed punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable, but as a customer I feel that I had to assist too much. At first they weren't going to remove the old water heater. I pointed-out that "Removal and disposal of existing water heater" was listed in the advertised deal. (If it weren't for that and the Angie's List endorsement, I might've chosen differently.) In order to get the old unit out (and be finished that same day), I had to help them tip the old water on its side (to let the water in it drain-out), had to help move the old unit up the stairs and outside (we used a hand-cart), and had to help haul-away the old water heater, using my truck, to a location about 9 miles away. The new water heater has been in-use for about a month, without any problems. I'm glad that I was able to take care of the water heater replacement in one day.

Went well. Prompt and hard working. Did not waste a moment.
