I have worked with this company many times, and every time I would give them an A+. Adib Michael is one of the most honest, good and kind people I have ever met. He does a wonderful job and he always does what he says heâ s going to do. And in a timely manner too. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Romani Construction recently completed a very difficult structural repair project for us and did an excellent job. We needed some work done to a house that had been neglected for some time and Adib Michael from Romani Construction was recommended to us by the structural engineer who had looked at the house and made the structural repair recommendations. The house had settled and needed major foundation work and structural repairs. Adib provided a reasonable quote and completed the work as promised while following the structural engineers specifications. We highly recommend Adib with Romani Construction and we plan to hire them again, if needed.

Owner Adib Michael and his crew gave us more than our moneyâ s worth on the roofing job he did for us. First of all in the middle of the process he enthusiastically agreed to open the roof and blow insulation in at a more than economical price. His crew was very hard working and pleasant to a man while working in nearly 100 degree heat. His crew chief Hector and the crew showed complete competence on the job. And Adib insisted on doing the job according to code when I, the owner, was thinking of cutting corners. Impressive! Romani also did some concrete work for me and was very attentive to the details to maintain proper water drainage. Adib listens. I would hire Romani for any job he says heâ ll do.

Everything went super smooth every question answered when we had small issue a guy was out the next day problem solved. I was impressed with his knowledge remembering my property 4 yrs later!! Top notch recommendation!

The workers were very polite and respectful and worked extremely hard and efficiently on my my project. I was very pleased with the results.

Ours was a hail damage tear off and re roof on an almost 50 square roof of varying pitch of mostly less than 3/12. Almost flat. Other roofers looked at the roof and never came back. Mr. Michael, owner of Romani Construction, wanted the job and knew just how to handle all of the tricky places. He showed what I thought at first was salesmanship which turned out to be confidence about handling the job. He served in Afghanistan as a Marine which, for me, added to his credibility. Mr. Michael did sell our insurance company on upgrading our roof to a rolled roofing for the flatter areas. He insisted on following code, pulling a permit, and having the roof inspected: something that has not happened for this roof in, I would bet, decades. His crew was also first rate. He used men who work with him always. All were very respectful and friendly. Several confirmed that they had worked with the company for many years. And the lead man showed a lot of knowledge and experience also in explaining how the roofing would be done. The crew worked long and, incredibly, cheerfully through two of the hottest days of the summer. They picked up thoroughly each night and did not damage any flowers which was a big concern for us. They didn't blink when we asked Mr. Michael to have them insulate our old attic while they had the roof torn off, I suppose because they did indeed have lots of experience with their general contractor boss. We hired Romani, in part, because on a very small concrete job we tried him on, he showed a lot of care and concern. He drove across town very very late in the day to address a concern of mine. He and his crew showed the same care and commitment on our roof as well as on the the ceiling repair inside. Romani is a general contracting business. They'll be the ones we call first when we need a contractor.

Romani construction went above and beyond our expectations for our backyard deck and patio area. We were already impressed by the work they did for my in-laws, but the work they did for us is just phenomenal. The crews that came and worked were always so nice and respectful and such hard workers. My husband and I are both teachers and were home during most of the work and they didn t disrupt us or our kids schedules at all. They even made it possible for our air conditioner to not have to be turned off at all which was great. We would definitely recommend this company because they did amazing work and the men were awesome workers!

I am so impressed with Romani Construction! They came out on a Saturday and stayed until the situation was under control. Mr. Michael was super professional and friendly, and also reassuring. They finished the job on time, and were very available if I needed them. The integrity with which they operate their business is something to be praised. Wow, what can I say. Romani Construction did a fantastic job. We had them come in to take out a load-bearing wall in addition to new flooring throughout. They gave us a great price and kept us updated despite some hiccups along the way. The hiccups were on our partâ  our house is a little older and when the previous owners did work on it, it wasnâ  t done like it was supposed to. Instead of installing some luxury vinyl planks on top of an existing floor, we had to remove tile and some plywood to get to the subfloor. The subfloor needed to be repaired in a few spots because of termite damage that wasnâ  t addressed. Their expertise helped us make decisions and balance our budget by helping us determine what can be patched up for now and what made sense in the long run to repair now. While they were here, we had them update our staircase and balusters and remove some wood paneling from the walls that was popular about 30 years ago. The wood paneling left a gap of about à ¼â  and we asked them to price out installing a staircase skirt board or à ¼â  drywall. They were able to do either and we chose to install the drywall for aesthetic purposes. Even when we discovered one of the balusters may have been accidentally damaged during installation, they came out a week later and fixed it for us free of charge. They stand by their work and honestly it looks great, especially with what they had to work with. The only complaint I have is that, at times, communication was a little difficult but Abid was our focal point until his vacation when Hector took over. Hector was a delight to work with as well. Shout out to Sam for putting up with all our demands and requests. :)

Romani Construction was very professional during the entire project. We had part of an old deck removed and the other part of the deck refloored with treated lumber. They added a step-down and then poured a large patio. The finish work was spot on. They kept us informed during the whole process. The yard was clean when they left. I would strongly recommend Romani.

Romani Construction has completed several projects from roof replacement to kitchen and bathroom remodels and is a professional caring company whose single goal each time was to complete the project to my full satisfaction.

We have worked with Romani Constructions for over 12 years. I live in Texas but own 3 homes in Wichita, Kansas. Anytime there has been a storm, strong winds or weather causing damage to any of the homes we go directly to Romani Constructions. They are responsive, dependable, professional and always made us feel that they value our business.

We were kept abreast of the entire project from the findings of the structural engineer to the seeding of grass. This was a large project with no obstructions.

We had a sidewalk removed and replaced. This company did a wonderful job. Customer service is great; making sure we were satisfied with the work. We had some wall stones and rock along the sidewalk. When the forms were removed from the new sidewalk the stones were replaced. However, they were not replaced properly. Adib and his men came back the next day and removed them and replaced the correctly. What a wonderful job they did.

Price is good and very well done and I am pleased. Would recommend to all!!
