Professional and completed task in timely manner. Since, I won't be able to move my side-by-side fridge because it's still too heavy after adjusting, Roman provided information on products that will help. I've ordered and received these products, once installed I'll be able to move all my appliances easier! Thanks Roman

It went well. Roman arrived, put on shoe booties, hooked up the dryer, was hospitable, and left. In and out with exactly what he was asked to do. I’ll use him again when there’s something else appliance-wise to address.

Roman was very professional and personal and ensured I understood what he was doing and what my options are. He did explain to me how how one issue may show the others and to be prepared. He was quick and efficient and left his work area clean when he was done! I would highly recommend him to everyone and I know am confident I have someone I can relay on the if anything was to ever happen!
