Roman was fantastic, professional, and polite. He called right away. Came over when he said he would, diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part, and came back within a day to fix my washer. I couldn't be happier. I will definitely use him again for other issues around the house

Roman is the real deal. He repaired the dishwasher in a timely manner. He even spotted a corroded water valve, just ready to let loose and do some flooding! I asked him to program the refrigerator. Without hesitation he did, and we realized there was an issue with the fridge temperature. A true professional, he sprang into action and fixed the fridge too. He was here most of the day. Appliance repair is not cheap, but it was done well and it sure beats buying new appliances. Roman was prompt, clean, wore booties on his shoes and completely cleaned up afterward. He is very personable. I would re-hire him any time I needed his help. I plan on telling all my neighbors about him too.

I called him late yesterday afternoon, he was here the next morning. Fixed my problem in about 10 minutes. Super nice guy, on time, reliable, would hire him again for any appliance repair I needed. We heard Roman to clean our dryer vent system. As you can see the before it was terrible We were getting Lint all over the house all over our yard. It was insane. He did a great job was on time very efficient very professional .Definitely will hire again.

I feel like Roman went above and beyond to fix our issue and to make sure the postponement was fixed and fixed right. The lint was just packed onto the grate and restricting air flow. Thank you for your professionalism and care for your customers.

Roman came to my house same day and at the time he said he would. The problem did not turn out to be what I thought it was, but Roman figured out what the problem was and got my dryer up and running again quickly and efficiently. He charged what I consider a very reasonable fee which did include running and getting a part from Home Depot.
