The siding, whole house capping and window capping really gave my home a beautiful upgrade and it really improved my home’s curb appeal. Mr. Romero was very accommodating and professional. I would highly recommend Romero Roofing to friends and neighbors.

Ed came out to assess water damage to one of my bedroom’s ceilings. What a wonderful person! Friendly, respectful, and very clear in explaining everything. He even did the repair on the spot! This is my second time using Romero and I would not hesitate recommending them . Fabulous job!

Very poor quality of work. New roof started to leak with the first rain and been leaking. Ed was contacted about it, but didn't bother to fix his work. So much for guarantee of workmanship, materials and customer satisfaction that they advertise so much. Company changed name, phone number and addresses at least 3 times in the past few years. That says a lot of their morals and type of work they do.

"Hello [Member Name Removed]. I wanted to respond to your review. So when you called us one week after the roof was installed 3 years ago (2017)we came out and did a roof inspection.. We informed you at that time that the leak you were experiencing was coming from something different, not the roof. You were informed to call a chimney company and have that looked at. You never did that which is why you were experiencing this leak. Fast forward to 8/20/20 when we received this review now from 3 years ago (2017) we were surprised. So we came out on 9/11/20 with our project manager and both Ed and Michele. We did a full complete inspection again. As it turns out like we said 3 years ago that your chimney is cracked away from the chimney liner and that is causing your one leak. The second leak is coming from a vent on your roof that the seal has gone bad and you were informed to replace the roof vent to fix the problem. So your roof is NOT leaking and we do not have poor quality of work. Your workmanship is guaranteed with us for 20 years on the roof only. Please get your chimney and vent fixed. Placing a bad review on our company to try and hurt us when the problem you are having has nothing to do with our work shows your morals as well."

Quick response!! We went to paint saw we had "spots" on ceiling called on a Monday or Tuesday and the roof was repaired by that Friday!! Also they went OVER and ABOVE - repaired more than original deal stated for same price; my father in law met them (we were working) and said they were on-time and quick!!! We now have piece of mind and would definitely call them when we replace which will be in next few years.

Ed was able to come out quickly and was on time (and professional). I described our issues and he was able to identify the source of the leaks. He didn't have the necessary part on the truck but he offered to go to the nearby Home Depot to get it right away and perform the work same day. He quoted a price before hand so I could authorize the work. Good price and work was done right away. Happy with the repair and would call Ed again for any future issues or when the time comes for a new roof.

Ed and his wife are very nice, layed back. They are efficient , communication is great, they are reasonably priced. Work is done in timely manner. Pictures taken before and after and texted to me to see the progress and finished product. Highly recommend this company.

Overall well - timely, professional, no surprises and kept me informed about progress and things that came up. I was overall quite happy with their work and even referred a neighbor, but they had a less positive experience than I did and unfortunately, the contractor did not followup with my neighbor to resolve the issue.

I had gutters put on my barn in Feb 2018, over 2k worth of gutters. Within 2 days gutters were hanging off the front of the barn, water spilling over and out the ends. I called and they came out right away to look at the gutters and told me they would be back to fix -- 6 months later they no longer respond to my messages and I still have gutters hanging from the front of my building. Poor workmanship, followed by poor customer service and a total lack of concern as to the quality they put out.

Went well, did a fine job and didn't mind my questions requests while working. Most contractors didn't want the job because it was too small, but Romero took the job and did well, so I'd trust them with a larger job now.

Romero HR LLC and Ed (the professional who did the work) both were a pleasure to deal with. Ed found the problem instantly after a quick inspection of the roof and gave me a quote on the spot. He also did the repairs immediately. Every interaction I had with them was professional and prompt. From Michelle setting up the appointment to Ed doing the work, this was an easy to process to deal with a small leak that was worrying me a great deal. I would highly recommend Romero to anyone needing roofing work done.
