My wife and I were extremely happy with the service Ronafa Window & Door provided! We got 3 estimates and Ronafa quoted us the best price and as it turned out an excellent and beautiful install! Roy was very helpful with the quotes and ordering. Which included, a new door, storm door as well as new deadbolts installed throughout. It was nice to have a company that did not feel the need to sell us a new door and suggested simply repairing the existing as it could be easier fixed. The order did take longer than anticipated to receive, and I had to follow-up with Roy on several occasions in order to get a status which was slightly disappointing. When it came scheduling, they were very busy and took several phone calls before I was finally able to reach the installer and get it scheduled. Slightly frustrating since i also work in the customer field I really expect a company to be on top of things like this. On the day of the install, the installer backed into our newly cut maple tree(and paid for) and took a few significant branches. I will say that they were kind in providing us with a discount for the trouble, but it was still frustrating all the same. I was originally quoted one day for the work to be completed, it ended up taking almost two days. Their quality of work with the door and all items was really great. The hardware was sturdy and everything was really nice quality.

STELLAR company! No pressure to purchase anything! We purchased 22 windows and 3 doors, and couldn't be happier. It took them about 4 days to take out the old windows and install the new. It took another day to install the doors. They were very pleasant, work-oriented men. Genuinely nice guys, who kept working despite the 35 degree temps. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend their services! Granted you pay more for the products, but they are a locally-based company, that sells QUALITY products. Always remember you get what you pay for. We would use them again in  a NY minute.

Excellent! Estimate in November went very well. Roy showed up on time and answered all questions we had. We signed in January. Crew came on schedule in February and completed entire project within a week. They were courteous, placed sheets and protection in work areas and cleaned up after each visit! There was no loud music being played by the workers. They were friendly and professional. The results look impressive and the windows work so much easier than the old windows. It is refreshing to deal with a Christian business.

We couldn't be more pleased with the work Ronafa did with our windows. From the beginning of the window shopping process we thought we were in best hands. They were very pleasant to deal with and tedious with their work. We were thrilled with the final result. All of our new windows look great!

They are wonderful people, very conscientious and very honorable. What I liked about them is that we could trust them. They are very honest and have integrity. They are known all over the Lancaster area. I really appreciated them. I felt that I could leave the house and leave them alone. That's an unbelievable thing nowadays. We got wonderful windows. They did a wonderful job. When they put in our new window over the front door, it was a custom sized window. It had jarred off on the door a little bit trying to get that window in because it had to be custom made. I can picture another place just walking away and wondering why our front door doesn’t work so good anymore. But they fixed it. I even asked them what they were doing with the door once I got to deal with the window. He said that they had to leave it the way it was when they came. He said that my door worked perfectly fine when they came and that they were fixing it until it works perfectly fine again. So I thought that was very interesting and unique for workmen nowadays. Then they came back to fix something after something happened to it. There was no problem. There was no charge. They came back and gave us a whole new screen. They worked beautifully ever since. The company has a huge amount of integrity and honesty. In this day and age, that is way up on the list for me being a senior citizen. I didn’t have to worry about these guys at all. They do a very nice job. They are very courteous and very respectful. The windows are working fine except for this one time. We just called them and they came out. They fixed it and no charge. That was the end of it. With regard to price, they were a good $5000 less than other quotes we were getting. That's another reason we chose them. We have had no problem with these people. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. They were a lot cheaper than the other quotes we were getting. The pricing was fair for the work we had done. The quality was excellent. Their responsiveness was excellent.

This job was a challenge for any contractor.  Ronafa had to first remove an approximately 9' wide bay window on the second floor level of our kitchen.  This required scaffolding set up on 2 different outside levels because of the adjacent patio configuration.  Then the brick of the house had to be carefully cut and removed below the window to install the door.   At 8' in width, the door was large and heavy.  Since the opening was oversized, both ends of the opening had to be framed in to fit the door.  The Ronafa crew not only roughed in the door in one day, but they did it in the middle of winter with a 20+ mph wind blowing, and then finished the installation the second day.  They also put up a complete plastic tarp divider to keep the cold and demo dust out of the rest of the house.  The finished product works well, with no drafts or other glitches, and looks beautiful. <br /> The people at Ronafa, every one of them from our initial contact with Roy Ulrich to the construction manager and crew were a pleasure to work with, even patiently helping us to decide on a door.  The crew that installed the door in the winter weather never complained and could not have been more polite or appreciative as my wife kept the coffee hot. <br /> This was the first time we had work performed by Ronafa, but it will not be the last.

Service went very well and our customer was very happy with the windows we received from Ronafa!
