They did a great job. The whole crew kept everything neat and they worked very efficiently. They were done in a day and a half! I would highly recommend them to anyone; I can't say enough good things about them.

I am extremely pleased he offered a workable, affordable solution while visiting with me. He called one of his best roofing teams to immediately fix the problem and they showed up same day and fixed it within the estimated time. I would strongly recommend Ronco to everyone!

The Sales man was very helpful and gave me a fair list of options for what I wanted. He responded quickly to my follow up questions and gave me an exact quote. (The Final cost was 30% cheaper than the average of seven local contractors I had bids from). <br /> It did take a few weeks (3) for them to start. Once the workers finally got here they worked straight through labor day weekend and did very good work. They kept the work area picked up. There were a few leaking issues when the gutters were first installed but they came back out and corrected the problem. The house looks great. There were a few scheduling and communications issues but dealing with them was well worth the price I paid, the quality of the work, and the attitude of the employees. <br /> I spent a lot of time shoopping the competition and I really don't think you can find a more competitive price unless you want to sacrifice quality. <br />

The sales person who came to our home to give the estimate for replacing windows, doors and siding was a very polite and knowledgeable young man. He took the time to explain the process and demonstrate the products to be used. We felt very confident that a professional job could be expected. However, that was the last positive contact we experienced with management. Our home is out in the country - off the beaten path. Apparently the location was a problem. The first crew that came delivered the materials and advised they would be back the next Monday. When Monday arrived, the crew did not. They had been pulled off our project and sent to another location closer to their home. Another crew would be sent. One man came to the house the next week and installed two doors, but could not install the storm doors. He left. Later in the week, another (different) worker came, dropped off his tools and assured us he would return the following Monday. Monday arrived. He didn't. A fourth crew was scheduled to come and actually did show up. Once here, they were professional and proficient. Unfortunately, the crew supervisor became ill and could not complete the job. Once again, ANOTHER crew was dispatched and darned if it wasn't the ORIGINAL crew!!! <br /> <br /> Several conversations took place with the owner of the company and his daughter who works as his assistant. While they seemed to be nice people, the only responses I received were excuses that they were very busy and would send a crew when they could. I had a conversation with a Ronco sales person at a Women's Living Exposition on February 11th. He was surprised we were having this problem because they and quot;had crews just sitting around.and quot; The original crew made the same statement when they returned to finally complete the project. Communication is definitely not their strongest forte`. I should say, the quality of the work completed was very good, and the majority of the workers (think we met most of the crews!) seemed to be skilled in their particular areas. <br /> <br /> Rather than feeling that our business was appreciated, the experience left us feeling that our $15,000.00 investment was unimportant to the company and, moreover, a big inconvenience. WOW! <br />

I was not happy with any of this company's work. The price was too high for the amount of work that they did. I am completely unsatisfied with the entire experience.

It all went well. If you or anyone you know of desires the best energy-efficient windows made in the USA based on the National Fenestration Rating Council (NFRC) go to Ronco and purchase the high-end line of Softlite Windows.

On the date that the work was suppose to start, 3 of the nicest, professional men came, started the work immediately and almost finished one side the first day. All of the men knew what they were doing but one gentleman, who was the supervisor, took so much pride in the work that he was doing, They had a lot of cutting and trim work for the windows etc. and they did each one to perfection plus installation of the siding to other parts of the house., They cleaned up each day, hauled away the trash and wood that they removed from the house. We are recent residents to OK and Ronco and his employees made our experience of remodeling our newly purchased home a pleasure. Our house has become the showcase for the neighborhood.

THEY WERE WONDERFUL. THEY DID A PROFESSIONAL JOB. THEY WERE PROMPT. THEY WORKED DILIGENTLY ON THE PROJECT. THEY DID A QUALITY JOB. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THE DID.

I TRULY FELT THAT THEY WERE VERY RESPECTABLE AND HONEST WORKERS. THE LONGEVITY OF THE COMPANY BEING IN BUSINESS IS SOMETHING THAT REALLY STOOD OUT TO ME THE MOST. THEY REALLY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHEN THEY CLEANED UP.

THE FINISHED PRODUCT LOOKS AMAZING. THEY ARE VERY HARD WORKERS AND ARE VERY DETAIL ORIENTED. IF THEY THINK SOMETHING LOOKS EVEN A LITTLE OFF, THEY WILL REDO IT AND MAKE IT LOOK RIGHT, FOR FREE.

THEY WERE VERY EXPENSIVE. WE USE A CERAMIC PAINT ON THE HOUSE, BUT WE FELT THE QUALITY OF WORK SHOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER, FOR WHAT WE PAID. THE EMPLOYEE DID NOT DO A GOOD APPLICATION OF THE PAINT ON THE HOUSE AND HAD TO REDO SOME SECTIONS OF IT.

I HAD DONE SEVERAL INTERVIEWS WITH DIFFERENT CONTRACTORS AND THIS WAS THE BEST COMPANY FOR THE JOB. THEY HAD A VERY LOW AND COMPETITIVE PRICE. I HAVEN'T COME ACROSS A COMPANY LIKE THIS IN TEN YEARS. THEY REALLY ARE THE BEST!
