Acceptable quality work done in older bathroom.

It was handled in a very professional manner.

Customer service was good. Had the shower replaced with tile. Work by carpenter excellent. Tile work still being fixed on the shower floor. Project started on 6/10 have had to bring back tiler twice and now again, grout still black in spots. It's been 10 days.

The customer service is low because there was a mix up in scheduling. Overall I was quite happy with what was done. I purchased my own faucet and disposal which they installed and had 2 leaks under the house that had to be repaired. Not an easy job given the location of the pipes. The technician Hunter was a very pleasant knowledgeable young man. The cost was very reasonable.

Used universal parts & had to return to replace them with parts specifically for the product.

Technician and his service was excellent. My BIG complaint was that the company includes a warranty on the work and the garbage disposal that I had installed. The warranty was for 1 year on my item. However, I had no choice on the warranty. I had a choice of either a 1 year or 5 year warranty but I had to purchase the warranty that was factored into the overall price. I was charged $472.76 to obtain and install a garbage disposer in my sink. Research revealed that the garbage disposer price was approximately 85 to 90 dollars available at Lowes. The technician had to go and get the disposer and told me that under normal circumstances that there would be an additional 90 dollar charge for him to go and get it. Everything considered, the appropriate for purchasing and having installed 1 disposer should have around 200 - 250 IMO. My suggestion is to go some place else for this service.

repaired leaky shower valve, did not try to sell me any additional work . I showed him a problem in second bathroom and he explained the work needed and gave me a quote. Ronnies will do that project later.

Work done quickly and efficiently. Asked for cost and did not get an actual answer. He said, "under $1,000." Needed to replace two connections from faucet to piping. He had parts available, so job was completed in short order. During job, I was quoted $149.00 for service call and $50.00 for parts. I feel price for service call is high. Checked and average service call in this area is $45 to $75 per hour.

Called before coming to the house as he was early and needed to know we were home.

Approximately 9:00 this morning I began my search for a plumber in this area. I hit the home advisor web site, typed in my problem, and Ronnie's Plumbing, LLC popped up. I requested a quote and began reading the reviews. Before I finished reading the reviews, I received a call from a rep. She set up an appointment for between 2 and 4 this afternoon and stated they would call before they came. About 11:50 the plumber called and asked if it would be possible if he came early. I agreed and he arrived within 30 minutes. After he assessed the issues and we agreed on the price he needed to go purchase some items. I figured he would be gone til tomorrow. Nope he was back and within 3 hours of his first arrival he had completed all 3 repairs, and even went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely call Ronnie's again and request Barry but hopefully I won't need to.

We wanted a gas line installed for new gas dryer and range and water and drain lines moved for new washer. Ronnie's were the only plumber that would do the job. They are very professional and did a great job. They stayed within the estimate that was given us and work was done as promised. If there is any other plumbing work that we need done you can bet we will use Ronnie's

They responded within 3 minutes to my e-mail and set up an appointment convenient for me. My garbage disposal needed replacing which was done. They diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done and repaired the problem leaving my kitchen immaculate. It is without a doubt I would use this company again if needed.

Installer Ray, with excellent service, installed gas water heater I provided. He modified the compartment the water heater resided in, shored up the flooring, installed the tank, modified the gas hookup and extended the water hookups (water heater was shorter than previous). Excellent service and I intend to call them again when I am ready to upgrade the kitchen.

Misunderstanding on work to be performed was stressful. Drywall guy did not hang plastic in doorways and dust was sucked into ac intake and blew thru entire house. Came home to find a layer of dust on every surface, footprints where they had tracked thru it and when they started cleaning, they used the same towel one of the worker's had around his neck for a sweat rag. He wiped my kitchen table with it! I told them to please stop and ended up spending 3 nites after work cleaning. Also, I agreed to install my own fixtures if they would install the valves and lines. They valves were installed, but no lines, which I will now have to purchase.

Very reliable and will address any problem that arises.

They had transportation issues at first and had to wait two days before performing service but once they arrived they were professional and completed the job at a great rate of cost.
