Ronny Snow's Pool Patrol

I requested a bid to resurface the pool, install a new pool light, and reseal all 3 patio pavers. After all bids were in I chose Ronny's because the price was not low and not high with a welcomed veteran's discount. Each stage of the pool resurfacing was done by skilled professionals with dedicated attitudes toward workmanship. The same with the paver resealers. I was extremely impressed with Ronny, his company employees, and the finished product.

Workers are great. Really did a nice job. The owner is a different story.

Ronny Snow and his team did a beautiful job on the restoration of our pool. Our hot tub was in rough condition and at risk of collapsing into our pool. The team made the necessary repairs to the hot tub and then gave the entire pool a new look with coping and tile to match. Mr Snow came out to our home to address questions have and look over the work. Outstanding company with a sense of pride in their work and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. We are very Happy with our pool and would definitely use Ronny Snow again.

After meeting with many pool companies for estimates, I hired Ronny Snow's Pool Patrol to resurface my pool, upgrade my tile and replace my pool light. The sales associate, Jess, reviewed the options for my project in great detail and guided me through making decisions to aligned to my vision for the project. Once the project started, the resurface team was that took care of draining, prepping, and tiling the water line were amazing. They made sure that I was clear on every step of the process. They were all professional, informative, and left my lanai neat, clean and safe every day. I had one minor delay with the resurface team as some of the team members were out sick the day my surfacing was going to start. The lead came to my house to determine if he could do the work short staffed, and after a conversation, we decided that it was better to wait for the full staff because of the large size of my pool. This only set us back 2 days. The resurface team did an amazing job on the surface and working with me on placing the accent tiles for my stairs and swim shelf. After the pool was filled, Justin arrived for "fire up" and care instructions. Once again everything was explained with professionalism and detail. He has done a great job of taking care of the pool since then. Ronny clearly ensures that his teams are professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and are focused on customer service and quality work. I have already recommended Ronny Snow to friends and neighbors that are considering a pool remodel. From first contact to post completion, Ronny's Pool Patrol was responsive, professional and attentive to detail. Hired in July 2019. Everything was working just fine before Ronny and his temp laborers. Workers repeatedly left trash and food waste all around pool deck, lanai, and yard. Trashed my pool bath repeatedly. Ronny was not helpful with these issues and frequently vented on my wife and I with F-bombs. We stayed current paying him because we wanted to a finished pool and another fight and unfinished pool. They damaged the spa which prevented the bubbler system from working. They attempted to repair repeatedly but it was clear they were amateurs. No notes on spa bubbler hole locations, wrong tools, no supervision. Just a mess. Just drilling holes wherever. They replastered a second time but just repeated the same mistakes again. What a joke! So frustrating. Never got it to work. Left whole glass tile and plaster chunks in return pipes. Thank God, I, the homeowner had a clue and was able to fix some of their screw ups. By January 2020 Ronny had completely abandoned the BOTCHED job but was still demanding his last 5% fro a JOB INCOMPETENTLY done. Now I have an expensive fix to do. NO THANKS RONNY!!

It went very well

Ronny and his entire team were great. We needed a completion date of 05/01 and he finished several days sooner! From the start, Ronny’s price was lower than 4 competitors and he quickly scheduled us. a His team was very professional and they always started their work on time (special note to Dan and Bill). Our 25-year-old pool surface and deck were in rough shape and it was a tough job. Ronny came often to check on the workmen while the remodel was in progress and kept me apprised of what was happening. In fact, he emailed us daily with the work performed and future daily scheduling. We are glad we found Pool Patrol! They performed just as he promised and finished earlier than expected. We are excitedly pleased with the final product and how the workmen left the area SPOTLESS and his professional crews always took the time to answer our questions. We liked Ronny so much that we hired “Ronny’s Pool Patrol” pool cleaning service that is just as professional as his remodeling crew. We loved the way Bill #2 explained the checklist that Pool Patrol uses to maintain our pool. We highly recommend Pool Patrol. Ronny is a man of his word.

When we signed the contract we were told when the work would commence and weather pending how long the work would take. Well, work began exactly as stated and the work was completed in one week as estimated. So far we are pleased with the result and we would recommend Pool Patrol to others.

I have to say that I was impressed from the first contact to the completion of the job. We had the pool resurfaced and a waterfall added, a travertine deck installed and an outside fireplace built. It's awesome! The employees were exceptionally skilled and very polite. When I saw something that I thought might be done differently they came up with ideas of their own that were better than mine. Ronny was a great person to work with. The work was excellent and the finished job is beautiful. Ronny is now doing my weekly pool maintenance. "DON'T" go anywhere else.
