Ron's Carpet And Air Duct Cleaning

Ron’s replaced carpet in bedroom, closet, and tv room. He has cleaned carpet, tile and hardwood floors. Did an excellent job. Always professional. Will use his services again.

Both were cleaned. Karastan;s are supposed to live forever but this one was pretty sad. It came back looking better than new. The wall to wall was cleaned and treated for incipient mold. It also looks great. And no odor. The people we dealt with were professional and nice and prompt.

Excellent service. After washing the carpets, I received a call that there would be a 1 day delay because one carpet did not meet their expectations. They rewashed this carpet and delivered it the next day.

Jeremy Robbins did a fantastic job. My bathrooms floors look brand new! I have white tile with white grout. So ofcourse, I was somewhat anxious as to how they would turn out. I couldn't have been happier.

He is great. I would call him back all the time. He is the only guy I ever use.

<p>It went well. They pick up and deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays. They wash rugs one of the days in between; I am not sure whether they said it was Wednesday or Thursday. So, they came and got my rug on Tuesday.  With stickers we marked a couple of spots to which I wanted them to pay special attention.  They preferred to leave the rug pad in place so it would be simple to replace the rug in exactly the right spot, so we lived on the pad for a week. We could have taken it up, but it was ok.</p> <p>If the rug had been dry by Friday, they would have brought it back the same week. However, it wasn't, so it was returned to us the following Tuesday: a one-week turnaround. You could shorten that turnaround time by a day or two by taking it to them and picking it up yourself, I'd think.</p> <p>They came more or less when expected, but not exactly. They don't know whether they'll pick up an already rolled-up rug or have to move furniture. They ran a little late both times. It wasn't really a problem for me, and they offered to come up with an alternate plan if their lateness was too much of an issue.  They do their pickups & deliveries between 10 AM and 2 PM, and they gave me a morning or afternoon window, with a call when they were on their way. The men who came were very pleasant and personable.</p> <p>When the rug came home, the colors were so beautiful and vibrant!  We had not realized how dull it had become. We are very happy with the results.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <br />

The two man work crew arrived exactly when promised.  The work was completed in about 5 hours (as estimated).  We had previously had a problem with drainage of the air conditioning condensation and therefore had moist air being ventilated through the house.  This had caused mold to begin to grow on the registers and discoloration of some of the walls.  We had a plumbing company correct the drainage issue.  Ron's not only cleaned the air ducts, but thoroughly cleaned the registers and the discolored areas on the walls.  We were very pleased with the work completed.  The final bill was exactly as estimated, they arrived on time, and completed the work in the time estimated. <br />

They did an ok job. They didn't wet my carpet down extremely like some people do - It dried quickly.

The quality of the work was real. They have done a very good job. The best.

There was a deal online, but I ended up extending it and doing the whole house and not just the 3 rooms that came with the deal.  They were reasonable and professional.  I had them do the rest of the house because it was reasonable.

He has done my carpets for years and he does an excellent job.  My carpet is white and it always looks excellent when he finishes.

It started out great, two men, Sonny and co-worker(Ron maybe), were punctual and very friendly.  I showed them the atic door to the furnace and vents and let them go to work. <br /> <br /> GOOD: <br /> -They cleaned all the vents as promised. <br /> <br /> BAD: <br /> -They left two burnt cigarettes (Doral brand) in my yard. <br /> -They left a swisher sweet brand wrapper in my yard. <br /> -They left the cut circle (trash) from the furnace cutout and threw/hid it back behind the furnace lying in the attic. <br /> -They left the foil tape wrapper/garbage lying in the attic as well. <br /> -They blew out the dryer vent and left all the lint in the yard below the vent outlet (maybe this is standard practice, but it looked very bad). <br /> -They bent a getter guard while routing their vacuum hose on my roof to the window. <br /> -They broke/chipped the vinyl window rain troughs while sliding their vacuum hose in and out while resting on the upstairs window. <br /> -They left the outdoor outlet weather protection door open.  (This is very minor, but I add it because all the other bad things they did). <br /> -I have a popcorn ceiling, I realize some will come off when vents are disrupted... they tried to vacuum it all up... but only got 80% of it. <br /> -Several of the vents that were re-installed had been installed with stripped screws (rush to install with power screwdriver). <br /> -One vent was complete stripped and left loose, finally fell out a couple days later and vent hanging partially down. <br /> -When they cut out the hole on the hot side of the furnace, they do not replace the hole with insulated material like when it is new, therefore it is now less efficient afterwards. <br /> <br /> Am I too harsh??... you decide, that's why we're on Angie's list.

I don't have any dislikes about them.  They cleaned the carpet, and I will use them again.

3 weeks to get appointment. Came late. Didn't reconnect hose beforwe leaving.

Ron's performed air duct cleaning after the installation of our new HVAC system.  The technicians arrived exactly as scheduled,were very professional and courteous.  They performed their work very skillfully and proficiently without any waste of time.  They even evaluated and cleaned the clothes dryer vent.  I would most definitely use Ron's service again and would recommend this company to friends & family.

Ron's Carpet also does pressure washing on sidewalks and driveways. He did ours and it looks brand new! Our house was built in 1966 and the areas cleaned are the original. I would highly recommend this company for the job. All staff is professional and punctual

Everything was as advertised

Woman who answered phone was courteous and gave phone estimate. When I asked why they charge more than other area companies she explained that they are the only company in area to have state-of-the-art vacuum truck, which is capable of getting HVAC lines cleaner than other, shop-vac-type, vent cleaning systems. Other area companies' Web sites make no mention of their equipment and indeed do not show negative pressure trucks, so I believe her. Several friends also recommended Ron's for air duct cleaning. The workmen were courteous and respected the cleanliness of our home. They did indeed show up with an impressive truck that provided the suction from outside my house and that left me confident that anything they were sucking out of our vents would not be blown into the air of our house. I will use them again.

I have been using them for years and they are really good about moving the furniture and getting special work on certain bad stains. They are always very pleasant and they show up when they say they are going to show up and then they are gone. I don't know how big they actually are because normally it's the owner's son who does my house but even when it's been other people, they've been good. I would give them A's on all categories.
