Roof Cleaner Pro's

Excellent and we were their first metal shingle roof they had done. It has been very difficult to find someone willing to try something other than asphalt shingling. They were very attentive to detail and to our extensive landscape . The roof now looks as new as installed 8 years ago.

They arrived on time, completed the work. One section required a second treatment/cleaning to which they responded promptly and effectively.

Exceptionally well. Malcolm was easy to schedule with, did the work while I was away. The whole area looked much better after he treated it - and then he told me - just wait for a good rain and then you'll see the final results... Well, it rained two night ago and boy was he right! The roof looks sooo much better and worth every penny! Thanks, Malcolm for a great job at a very reasonable price!

Our roof looks like new. You will need to check to make sure they spray your windows with water to ensure any deposits as a result of the roof cleaning are removed.

They arrived on time, were polite and professional and they did an excellent job.

Everything went extremely well from the estimate,, to the reminder call the day prior and promptness on the day of the job. I was told they would arrive between 9:30-10:30 am. They arrived at 9:30. Very courteous, professional workers. Malcolm, who came out for the estimate as well as Jamar, who does the actual roof cleaning are part owners in the company. I was very pleased with how clean everything looked when the work was completed. While our siding was not very dirty prior to the job, the white trim around doors and windows had dark spots that would have taken me forever to scrub off. Even the rubber stripping at the bottom of the window sashes had black spots for years that I had not been able to remove. Gone! Our house looks fantastic. I can't say enough! I give them an A+ for the quality of work done. Will definitely use them in the future and hire again and again! Thank you!!!

The driveway looks fantastic.  To give you an idea, the neighbor boy (he's 8) came over and asked if we got a new driveway.  Looks awesome.  Thanks John at Mildew Magic. <br />

Mildew Magic did a great job. We sent them an email over Labor Day weekend and they responded very quickly, I wasn't expecting that on a holiday weekend. We needed our roof clean soon and they were able fit us in their schedule. They came to do the work at the scheduled time and explained the process. I would definitely recommend them. <br />

Our house is about 11 years old and had roof staining. Now our roof looks new again. Very pleased with the result. <br />

They did a great job with the roof... the roof itself was not that dirty, but we wanted an overall cleaning for our very dirty house. John was super responsive each time I reached out to him. He set up the roof cleaning, and then scheduled a house/sidewalk cleaning with another power washer that could bring his own water because we have dirty well water running through our outside spigots. This was very much appreciated. The house and roof look amazing... what a difference! I would definitely use Mildew Magic again, as well as highly recommend them to others. <br />

They cleaned our roof before we bought our house and it looked like we got a new roof! One stain started to come back right near the 3 year warranty and we emailed them and they promptly came out and recleaned it-- no questions asked. None of the other stains have come back at all. I wish I could share the before and after photos. Highly recommend. <br />
