We do re-roofs of all types and can do up to a 50 year warranty on asphalt shingles that have a 130 mile per hour wind resistance and meet the tough insurance requirements of The State Of Texas. Work went fast. Roof on front didn't look too good. Back looked OK. Roof leaked after it was installed - previous roof didn't. Called his cell phone number and Hispanic Gentleman answered and he said he bought the company and that Roof Defense was out of business. He said he wasn't honoring Jack's work or warranty. Stay away from Jack.

They did a great job! Timely, efficient, neat, great workmanship! Jack knows what he's doing and his crew was really hard working. He also checked the flashing around the penetrations on my roof to make sure they were done correctly. Jack answered my inquiry in about 30 minutes and was at my location about 45 minutes later for the estimate. They worked from sun up to dark every day and finished in 5 days. Well worth the price.

Very pleased with the work. They showed up on time, did the work quickly and cleaned up after themselves. The owner visited several times during the day and then came back after they were done to make sure the work was done correctly. I had a couple of concerns and he addressed them immediately. I would definitely hire them again.

Jack Walker was awesome. He responded to my online request for a quote within just a few minutes after I posted it and we set an appointment for a couple of days later. After obtaining a number of other quotes, his was by far the lowest bid. We had him install a 12x24 insulated aluminum cover with gutters, and his price was nearly half what most of the others were willing to do. His turn-around time was also very fast, he completed the work within a couple of days after we signed the contract. His workers were punctual and professional at all times. I will definitely use him again, and as a Realtor® I will definitely recommend him to anyone getting a home ready for sale, or making repairs for a home they just bought.

Their work was high quality, comprehensive, very well priced and they went out of their way to accommodate my needs. They were prompt and all communication was excellent. I was so impressed I hired them to do another job (a floor install) before they had even finished, and that was also high quality and a super value. Highly recommended!

Jack was very prompt and helpful with my roofing issues. I showed him the water spots in the ceiling and he was able to identify and show me the improper flashing done on the roof and sealed all areas that were compromised.

This was a great experience. He called to verify appointment. He was on time. He did my maintenance without overcharging for unnecessary expenses. When I suggested some items i thought I needed he told me it was not necessary for me to have that work done. He suggest work around my chimney I needed but didn't pressure me about getring it. He left a quote with pictures to show me what was needed. He did an overall roofing maintenance like nailing, and sealing areaes that needed attention. I will be getting the rest of the work dome soon in addition to other work he is able to do. Very pleased and impressed

Jack came and provided an honest review of the roof. He inspected the roof and saw no issue. He did not charge for the inspection. I would hire Jack again when the roof has an issue.

From the point I signed up with Jack at Roof Defense he has been responsive and good about communicating. I had latte arad where siding on the room had detached. Jack did an exceptional job finding a vinyl match and repairing other smaller roof issues.
