I've had Kasen and his team work on some roof repairs on two occasions now. He and his team are very skilled and provide a much higher level of communication and service than most contractors we've used in the past. Highly recommend him for repairs and complete roof renovations for your home.

When no one else would do because of inclement weather, and we HAD to do as we'd just bought and insurance said NOW, this company stepped up and did an excemplery job. Start to finish, professional, polite, always on time and cleaned everything every day before leaving. We were so pleased, we had them do a second roof on our cottage. ALWAYS answered calls, accommodated my ever changing schedule, never had to worry if I wasn't on site, the job got done and done well.

They came when they said they would. Finished in appropriate time frame. Mr. Kenney returned to check the seal after they finished because he wanted to make sure it would hold as rain was predicted for later that day. I am extremely happy with the service!

It went great! I was having the hardest time finding someone to install snow guards. Found Kasen on homeadvisor on a Saturday and he came out and looked at the job the next day on Sunday while it was snowing. He kept me updated throughout the entire process of ordering and even did research to make sure we had the best product for our needs. Kasen and team were professional and delivered on time. We were very happy with the entire install from start to finish.

I had multiple companies come by the house to quote me for the roof work, most refused to do only a patch job on the house or if quoted an outrageous amount of money. The two gentlemen came by the house and were more than happy to help. Gave me very affordable quotes for the patch (that they did the next day) and the full roof work. I will definitely be using them when I can afford to get the whole roof done.

I recommend RoofDoctors of New England to anyone that wants knowledgeable, reliable, honest and diligent roofers. Kasen and team pulled up into my yard right as another roofer was leaving. Kasen provided me with the necessary information I needed to hear about my leaky roof. He didn’t try to convince me to invest in a brand new roof or use any kind of scare tactics to get me thinking of a big job needed to solve a minor problem. Rather he listened to my concerns and asked exploratory questions to help him get to the possible cause of the leaky roof. To my amazement, he and his team immediately went up the ladder and onto the roof and inspected the skylights, roof vents, flashing, shingles, etc. to determine the course of immediate action. Utilizing state of the art materials, RoofDoctors of New England identified the possible problem and sealed the areas of concern. Not only did “Roof Doctor” Kasen satisfy my concerns for preventing continued leaking and accompanying damage, he provided a personal guarantee of services provided – “…If it leaks again, just call me and I’ll take care of it, but I don’t think you’ll have a problem!” Summing up this review, Kasen and his team at RoofDoctors of New England was super organized and a pleasure to deal with.
