Very professional. Once he was hired the equipment came the day they were scheduled and complete tear off and roof done in one day. Owner came by later to check out the work. Definitely would hire again and recommend this company.

<p>Roofing Depot had installed a new roof on our house in 2009, which included some structural repairs. In 2011 we added an attached garage to the house. Roofing Depot did the new roof on the attached garage, and also put a new roof on the existing detached garage. They were very prompt with all estimates. They showed up on time as promised, worked quickly, and finished the job with a thorough cleanup. They also responded to service calls promptly, and did some additional touch-ups and modifications for free.<br /> <br />During the hard winter of 2013-2014, we had severe ice damming on our roof, which caused some leaks. I had two other roofing contractors help with that problem, because I wanted to get an independent appraisal of the condition of my relatively new roof. They determined that the problem was caused by poor ceiling insulation, which allowed too much heat to enter the attic. I had been aware of that condition previously, and had intended to address it after a planned interior remodel. Both companies agreed that there was no problem with Roofing Depot's workmanship; the roof is still in good condition, and my attic is adequately ventilated. I would definitely recommend Roofing Depot for prompt, quality work.</p> <br />

Slavi, owner, arrived on time for the estimate appointment(in fact he was 15 mins. early). He explained throughly the roofing system and answered ALL my questions, which were numerous because I had done ALOT of research prior to interviewing a total of 4 contractors. He offered a choice of 5 different shingle companies to choose from and explained in detail why he was going to install box vents with a power vent instead of a ridge vent. Next, he actually went on the roof to inspect and measure (the only one of 4 contractors !). He explained that the roof was in poor condition( which was no surprise) ,that several boards would need replacing and that he did not want to install the new roof until the two chimneys were rebuild. He was the only contractor to mention the condition of the chimneys and I thought it was very honest of him to mention this since he could of lost a sale. (Also confirmed by the chimney contractor that the work should be done b/f roof). Another area of my concern was all the landscaping around my home. Slavi assured me that they would remove all the debris from the house to the garage into the dumpster (not throw it all around the house and take measures to protect the landscaping. He left me a packet of information on the different roofing systems along with his business license and insurance information etc and mentioned that they had worked on a house down the street, that I could call the office to get more information. Sue (office), very pleasant , provided the info and and she also emailed, the same day, a list of previous jobs in my area that I had requested. <br /> After the second interview to clarify a few points and finalize the contract, Slavi gave an estimated time of the following week to begin the project and 2 days to complete work. As it turned out, Kosta, crew leader, had to make an extra trip to remove the delivered felt from the roof b/c predicted rain. The work began one or two days later than estimated. Kosta and the crew were polite, professional and efficient. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. My landscaping and window walls were protected as promised. He thought the job would take 3 days, however they finished in 2 and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. I think they must have gone around the house at least 5 times with magnet and blower. <br /> I would definitely recommend Slavi and Roofing Depot to anyone. They are very professional, honest, with competitive prices. <br /> <br />

We interviewed many roofing companies before selecting the Roofing Depot to replace our old roof. They were the lowest bid by just a few dollars, and also a local company, so it was an easy decision. Very friendly and easy to work with. The crew was on time and worked through a terrible heat wave. The job was completed in two days, and the final cost was exactly as quoted. There was a minor dispute over some damage to the siding, and in the end they repaired it promptly. The roof looks great, and we are very happy with our choice. <br />

My experience was quite favorable. They worked with my schedule, they cleaned up after themselves, and did a good job. The people were fine; I did not talk to them much because they were on the roof. They took care of any questions or concerns that I had. They were the best price compared to the other quotes I got. The quality of their work so far is good.

Roofing job was great. Provided Certanteed 30 year warranty. <br /> BUT!! They rushed to finish in the dark and missed many nails which fell on grass and driveway. I am still finding nails but fortunately none so far in my tires. <br />

Highly recommend Roofing Depot they do an outstanding job. From removal of old roof to repair of decking and installation of new certaineed shingles ,everything was done in a very professional manor. They cleaned up very well and hauled away all material.We would use this company again. <br />

The crew showed up promptly as scheduled, The crew worked dilligently. The crew chief was very polite and professional and did an outstanding job of managing his crew. The job took a little over 2 days to complete and, at the end of each day, the crew picked up and cleaned up. Also, during the day, the crew kept the work site picked up. I would have absolutely no problem in recommending Roofing Depot to anyone. <br />

The crew arrived promptly at approximately 8:00 a.m. The crew leader introduced himself and said that they would begin working on the roof. I worked from home that day in order to keep an eye on the quality of the work being performed. They did everything they said they would do and as outlined in the contract. They identified and replaced rotted wood on my roof and (because I was getting new gutters anyway from a different company) on the fascia. They also removed the gutter material from the yard. They installed the correct amount of ice guard and the roof looks great. I did have an issue with the flashing; both along the side of the house where the gutters are as well as around the chimney. The flashing on the side of the house looked crooked or bent. Since it was dark when they finished, I did not notice it until the next day. The crew leader came out and fixed the flashing to my satisfaction. The flashing around the chimney...part of it was white after I discussed with the owner that I wanted it to be black. The owner came out on a separate occasion and painted the flashing to my satisfaction being careful not to get paint on the new roof shingles. All of this was prior to collecting payment. One area that I am a bit dis-satisfied with is the cleanliness of the crew. They did tarp the area they were working on, however, my wife and I found debris and nails around the yard the next day. They did finish when it was dark outside, but they should have been more careful and diligent. Especially because I have little ones that walk around barefoot outside. Overall, I think they did a good job and would use them again in the future.
