Sergei provided a free estimate and a full explanation of the work needed and the costs involved. His crew arrived promptly on the scheduled day. They kept an orderly work area, striped the old shingles, replaced plywood as needed and re-shingled the entire house in one day. They completely cleaned the work area after they were done. I am very satisfied with the results and highly recommend the Roofing Doctor.

We had a flat roof on one room of our house (my wife's office) that leaked due to last year's crazy winter weather. This was the second time we had a leak after we got the roof fixed back in 2008... or so we thought. No way were we going back to those guys... who swore after the first time it leaked and they fixed it, it would never happen again. <br /> My wife and I  searched Angie's List and found a few contractors. The Roofing Doctor was the ONLY one who came out when they said they would. Sergei was great. He presented us with a list of everything that needed to be done. His list matched up with the list we had from our house inspector who came out prior to us calling contractors. Sergei gave us an estimate good for 30 days. We spent (or wasted) that time trying to get other contractors to come out. No such luck. One guy did come out... then blew us off. Day 29 we went to their office in Swansea, MA. Sergei and Igor took us through all the steps of what was to be done. <br /> When the time came for them to work on the house... WOW. They were there at 7am and worked til about 6pm every day. At the end of each day they cleaned up everything. Very neat. <br /> Basically, they built us a new roof from scratch. They put a 1/4" pitch to the roof so rain would roll off the roof, instead of forming a pond. They also repointed our chimney. It was a crumbling mess, now it looks brand new. All this work took about 4 days. <br /> As for the ceiling repair, Paul came and replastered and repainted the whole thing by himself. This took about two days. <br /> We are very, very happy with Sergei and his team! Cannot recommend them enough! Thank you!!! <br /> <br />

Sergie and Igor did all the work contracted for and for the price agreed upon. the house has 3 roofs with 9 skylights. The crew worked well and cleaned up the site at the end of every day. I am pleased with the work and would recommend them to my friends. <br />

They showed up on time and did the work in the timeline Sergei gave us. Clean up was good- no nails to worry about. The tuck pointing was not as neatly done as I would expect from the rest of the work, but overall we were pleased. <br />

One section was not a common roof.  It was flat and caused some challenges due to drainage etc.  They did a great job on both sections. <br />

Try getting these guys to come back to fix a mistake once they got your money - lift a bus, it'll be easier. <br /> It's always hard to get ahold of them, and the owners always blame each other for failures to return calls. Once hired they showed up on time, did the job in one day for a very competative price. So far - A+ <br /> A couple of weeks later they sent someone to do the last bit - put up flashing on the dormer roof. The job wasn't done right, they left a big gap in the corner. There was a total, absoluterefusal to call back or in any way follow up to our calls about this problem. It's hard to get them to respond before the job, afterwards, forget  it. Dozens of polite calls ignored. The warranty they offered suddenly was in the same category as the flashing problem - ignore, ignore, ignore, ignore, ignore. Make sure you get <strong><em>everything</em></strong> done to your satisfaction <em><strong>before</strong> </em>you pay them, once they have your money, you're dead to them. <br />

Professional, courteous, responsive, punctual crew.  Pleased with the results.  So far no issues to report- recently had 2-3" of rain in a 2 day span- no leaks anywhere yet.  Not the cheapest quote I received, but Roofing Doctors came highly recommended by word of mouth.  They were able to accomodate my schedule as I was up against it with my home insurance coverage.  Some quotes I received stated the whole process from beginning to end for the above mentioned services would be 2 days MAX.  Roofing Doctors took their time, paid attention to detail, maintained neatness in the work area- they completed in 4.5 days.  <br />
