This is a good company and Mr. Brougham is very responsive to his customers. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in a metal-IB roofing system.

We contracted in late December for Roofing Inc. to install a new Interlocking Roof. Once we finalized the deal it took about 2 weeks to have the materials delivered and work to begin. On the first day of the project the front of the house was stripped of the old roof material and about 1/4 of the new roof installed. We were impressed that there was very little refuse in the yard and the amount of work that was accomplished on the first day. Of course everything can't go right with any project, in conversing with the crew chief I did not mention that we live about 14 miles from everywhere. Also the salesman did not inform him either. We were unable to be here for the first day and when we did speak with the crew chief, he said that they nearly ran out of gas and did not have lunch the first day. We felt really bad about that but that set back did not effect the professionalism or diligence of the crew. On the second day they completed the installation of the front roof, removed the old roof on the rear and prepared the bare unlayment to weather the rain due the next day. We weathered the storm with no leaks. Thursday brought the sun and our new roof. It looks great and the craftsmanship is excellent. i would recommend Roofing inc and the Interlock roof for anyone that is looking for a roof that will last a lifetime.

Were extremely happy with the entire process. We were given a timetable for when the work was to begin and when it was to be completed and, except for a couple of unavoidable rain delays, the work went right sccording to schedule. The quality of the work was excellent, and we were very satisfied with the crew as well as James Brougham, our contact from the company. Should we need another roof - and the idea is that we never will (!) - we would definitely use these folks again.
I love my new metal roof. It looks fabulous. I have had so many positive comments about it from my neighbors.
My initial contact was with their Sales rep who was extremely friendly and on time for the appointment. I loved working with him because he keep me well informed with everything that would be happening during the new roof installation,
My only issue with Roofing Inc. had to do with the staff who installed the roof. They were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves, but they did not communicate when they would be at my house and why they weren't at my house in the middle of the installation. If this
group would have communicated better then I would be giving this company an A+.
I couldn't be happier with the new roof. I have had several people stop by my house to ask "what kind of roof is that. It looks great." While the cost was high (about 3 times replacing with shingles) the fact that this is the last time I will need to deal with my roof made it very worthwhile. My only real complaint is actually with FedEx. They delivered the materials and I did not notice they had damaged one of the cases. I was very pleased with how Roofing Inc. dealt with the issue. I was also pleased with the guys that did the work. It took a little longer than they estimated but it rained the week they did the work, so I will cut them some slack. They did a good job with the clean-up. A few weeks after the work, I did find some little pieces of the metal roofing around but overall, I was pleased with how they left things. RoofingInc. called after the work was completed to make sure I was satisfied.
A word of caution, I did not have gutters when I got the roof. They are definitely needed. I have since installed gutters and now I welcome the rain!

The roofing materials are "drop" shipped from the manufacturer (Interlock) to your home via a commercial carrier. Not a problem for us but other folks might want to coordinate with the local rep to be onsite to accept delivery and make sure everything received and moved/stored securely. We then set up an install date about a week hence. Metal/aluminum roofs do not require removal of the old asphalt roof. An underlayment is placed over the old roof and the new roof over it. Saves a lot of time, mess, and space in our local landfill. The crew worked fast but these roofs take more time and greater care/experience to install - it took 3-4 days. They were very respectful with our property and left the site in good shape. They were very responsive and worked quickly to complete some minor change requests we made during the install. We paid the balance after the final inspection with the company rep onsite. Interlock sent us the warranty information/document about a week later. We haven't encountered any problems since the job completion.

Overall we are very pleased with the end result - a beautiful roof. We chose an "aged copper" appearance slate and we've gotten lots of compliments from our friends on it. We think "cool" roofs are the future and a smart decision.

We don't know when the "tipping point" will come for these roofs to more greatly saturate the residential market in the South, who knows? But we'd sure rather sleep under an aluminum can(opy) than drink out of one! In ancient times aluminum was actually valued more than gold. Hopefully that won't ever become the case again as we wouldn't want thieves trying to steal our roof! But, we digress. We will try to update this review once the summer cooling bills arrive.......
Overall, the experience wasn’t very good at all. I would use the product again, but not the company. First, we needed to put a deposit down. We were told that the check would be held, but it ended up being cashed the next day. Also, we were interested in having something installed that diverts the rain for the style of roof that we have. They’ve talked us out of this, and since then, we’ve had snow sheets pile up on our shrubbery, car, and if those snow brakers would’ve been installed, that problem wouldn’t happen. We have a lot of oak trees in our yard and surrounding yards, and we were told that the roof wouldn’t stain, but it does, in fact stain. They left a section of the roof uncovered where they were working one day. That day, a huge storm came through, which stained several areas inside our home. They would not compensate us for this, only wanted to fix it, but we didn’t want to do that since they’re a roofing company and not an interior company. The leftover roofing and materials, which we had paid for, were not left. One of the technicians even told me that they had to take those extra materials to use on another job, even though we already paid for those materials. We were very disappointed.

They did a good job. They completed the work quickly and thoroughly. My only complaint was the clean-up; they left some sharp tiles, but overall the experience was fine. We were happy with it!

The experience wasn’t very good. The person in the office, Patrick, was incredibly pleasant to deal with, but the person that actually did the work was kind of obnoxious. We had a spot in the roof that was sort of sunk in, and the technician said he would be able to repair it with no problems. However, he was never able to. He had to come out several times, but never got it right. There are no leaks in the roof, though.

Overall I am fairly happy with the final product. But I wish the actual experience were better. The thing I am most disappointed with it that for a roof this expensive and all the promises they made on how happy I would be, the salesman or management did not find it necessary to actually come back out to my house and do a walk around so I could tell them in person my likes and dislikes.

04/11/2012 Update
===============
I wish I was thrilled about this roof, but every time I look at it I am not happy. Although I think my house is very well protected, the look of the roof does not equal the cost of the quality I thought I was paying for. The shingles do not line up as well as they should and it makes the job look shoddy.
