April 26, 2026, Jorge arrived at my home to provide a quote to repair my shower and wall outside the shower. Jorge advised me where the leak was coming from and that he could repair it and would send a text with the cost. He texted and stated the cost would be 200 labor and the cost of material. April 27, 2026, Jorge texted and said he would arrive by 1:00 but could not make it. April 28, 2026, I reached out to Jorge to see when he would arrive. Jorge arrived and began work on Tuesday, April 28th and stated he would return the following day to complete the job. Wednesday April 29th Jorge texted and stated the wall needed to dry out and he would return on Thursday, Thursday April 30th Jorge returned and continued working but stated he needed 154 dollars for supplies. I gave Jorge 155 dollars. Jorge stated he would need more money for supplies as well, Friday May 1st, I texted Jorge to see if he would return to complete the job. I advised Jorge I would need a receipt from supplies he purchased on Thursday April 30th and additional supplies on Friday May 1st and I wanted to keep any leftover supplies. Jorge returned on Friday May 1st and worked a while. He provided the receipt for May 1st for 3.14. I asked him for Thursdays receipt and Jorge stated he could not provide it and he needed it for tax purposes. Jorge then asked me if I thought he was trying to rob me. He then stated I was robbing him because he had to return to my home too many times. I stated to Jorge that was on him. He also suggested I spray on the maximum strength sealer myself. Jorge and I both calmed down and he stated he would go to Home Depot for the receipt and return on Saturday to complete the job. However, I noticed water would not leave my bathroom sink and I had to reach out to someone to unstop my sink. On Saturday May 2nd I reached out to Jorge to advise the left side wall was still soft, he did not reply. On Saturday May 2nd my plumber discovered grout in my drain and showed it to me. Jorge used the bathroom sink and clogged the drain with the grout. My last text to Jorge was on May 4th, still no reply for Jorge.

Jorge Romero and associate were just wonderful. They came out and fixed everything same day very promptly. Wonderful people. Will definitely call them again.

Jorge and his crew replaced my drive way in one of my properties after having 3 other quotes I felt more comfortable going with his quote . No doubt I chose the right person his guys showed up 15 minutes early they got to work and around 3 pm I had brand new drive way my property value when up the work done was very good and clean

He did a fantastic job installing my sign letters. I’m not even sure he had done sign work before, but he took on the project with confidence and handled it beautifully. Communication was great, everything looks wonderful and I will definitely use him again.

You can tell he genuinely cares, and he approaches every job with integrity and attention to detail. He communicates clearly, shows up when he says he will, and never cuts corners.
