Initially I was thrilled. But when heavy rain came a couple of weeks ago around Christmas. I had a leak around the flashing/chimney. Called John, he joked saying it shouldn't be doing that. Has not shown up to fix or call stating why etc. Had to have a neighbor put a tarpon my roof and calling another company to fix.
