Roof masters and exteriors has done several jobs for me, they replaced my roof after hail damage and replaced some siding. I had several estimates and they were the most reasonable. The work was done quickly and looked great! I would recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I am completely satisfied with the work performed by Roof Masters and Exteriors. The owner of the company, Shane, met me at the property, and he checked the finished work. After 2 years the roof still looks great and is performing like it should. I definitely recommend this business.

Shane repaired some damaged vinyl siding and he also did some roof repair work for me. He did a great job on both repairs. He also provided me with a great contact for painting work I needed done. All quality work!

Shane and his team are superstars. Firstly, Shane was able to quickly follow up my initial call with an immediate appointment. Upon his arrival he was able to provide a rough estimate of the leaking skylight and provide history on the current install. His team immediately showed up with a new skylight to beat the intermittent rain forecast (to mitigate any more additional damage). His team is effective, efficient and courteous. Everyone is professional and friendly. Shane provides top tier service in a competitive market. By the end of this transaction, Shane took a stressful roof leak and turn it into a magnificent experience. His turn around time was so convenient given the flip floppy weather. Great! Several other roofing companies said I didn't need a new roof, but leaks inside the house said otherwise. This company believed me and even went and put extra water shielding under the new roof to give me piece of mind. Haven't had a single leak inside the house since!

Everyone that I interacted with was pleasant and hardworking. Once the weather allowed for the work to begin, it was completed quickly. My roof that previously leaked significantly during even moderate rain, has not leaked at all, even in the heavy rains that we have had recently. I highly recommend this company!

We cannot thank Shane and his crew enough for the effort they made on our behalf. It was above and beyond. We would highly recommend this company. We discovered a leak in a roof valley which came on rather suddenly over a weekend and as luck would have it the forecast was rain for the next two weeks. I contacted several companies by phone on Monday, most started the conversation with "we are two to three weeks out on the schedule." Shane not only came out that day but seeing the situation told me he could have a crew out the next day when a small window of opportunity for dry weather was opening up. As promised, a full crew showed up the next morning and had the issue fixed in no time. If this had not happened, we would have faced a much larger issue. Shane knew exactly what was needed and his crew executed with a quality of work and clean-up that totally met any expectation we may have had. Again, we would highly recommend Shane and his team.

First class. They came out and took a look at the roof situation. They helped prevent overheating of the attic to create more of a draft from the bottom of the attic through the ridge vents. They put in 15 soffit vents which matched the color of the eaves. They also look like they fit very well. They did the service fast and well. We felt the price was reasonable.

Great! The company was puntual, neat, professional, and got the job done when they said they would. We are very pleased.

Very Well. They were prompt and got right to work even though the weather was not ideal (cold). Workmanship was excellent and they completed the job in 1 day. I ask for drip edge to be installed which was not part of the original estimate and required extra work to remove the old layer of shingles on the edges. It was installed for a reasonable price. I’m waiting on first good rain to makes sure no leaks, but they promised return if I have any problems.

We had our chimney rebuilt by a not so great company and after they were done told us we had to get it flashed by someone else. Called Roof Masters. Shane was prompt, arriving on time for appointment. Tried to get our problem taken care of the same day he was here. His employee arrived at 8AM sharpe the next day. We had to leave for an appointment, arrived home 2 hours later and the job was complete. Shane came today to check what we thought might be a leak. He arrived on time and helped us determine that everything was ok. So nice to be able to trust in a company. Everyone is very professional and HIGHLY recommend them to everyone.

Shane met with me right away and gave me an estimate the day he inspected the roof. He also sent me a proposal per e-mail. My husband and I were impressed with his responsiveness and felt that it was a very fair estimate. We based our decision on the price and how quickly the company we hired could get to the job, but it was also important to us that we were dealing with a family business that had a history of good encounters and problem solving when things go wrong. Also we wanted to be sure that shingles were hand nailed (instead of a gun). It went really well. It took 2 days due to the decking underneath the present roof no longer was good, and all of it had to be replaced. I wasn't surprised that the decking needed replaced due to having some leakage around the chimney when we had a hard rain. Shane's employees are hard workers....I think that they only stopped to eat lunch and then they were back to work. The first day they worked until sundown. It was a beautiful job and we were extremely happy with the finished product. You can't go wrong using Roof Master.

Very smooth

They replaced damaged exterior of roof - shingles, decking and flashing - in three hours. They arrived on time and went right to work. They did an excellent job - we were so relieved to get this part of the roof fixed promptly.

I received the proposal on 9/13, accepted right away, and the repairs were made the next day. Once the old soffit was removed for replacement, it was obvious there had been another leak for quite some time causing the wood rot of the soffit. Shane came to the house the next work day, gave me a reduced price for the additional repair, and the same crew made the repairs. All of the roof repair was done correctly, using water/ice protection in the valley & around the vent & exhaust pipes. I was surprised how well the replacement shingles blended in with the old roof. Shane is very professional & was respectful of my leaking roof situation. Shane knew what needed done and gave me additional options for the future. He was attentive & made sure the repairs were made correctly. He always made himself available during the repair work. I appreciate his quick response to not only the initial problem, but his responsiveness to the additional repairs.

This is the 3rd roof that Shane and his talented crew has done for us. He did two of our rental properties last summer and our own home last week. Shane is a great guy and a true professional. He is responsive and takes care of things immediately. His crew respects your property and leaves not a piece of debris or single nail around. In fact when he did one of our rental properties, I didn't even realize they had competed the job as we put the same color roof on as before. I cannot recommend Shane / Roofmasters more.
