Responded promptly to RFP. Arrived at promised time. Thoroughly explained what was involved in the repair. The repairman did a thorough inspection and assured me that the repair would be straight forward. He finished the job efficiently and cleaned up all the debris. He seemed very knowledgeable and enthusiastic.

Roof MD came out and gave us a great quote with everything explained and also did some window work for us. The installation was faster than expected. Wonderful team of workmen and cleaned up everything when they were done. The quality of work and materials was top notch and they did a side by side condo in just under 2 days. We couldnâ t have asked for a better job.

We worked with Roof MD to repair a leaking sunroom roof. Shawn answered all the questions we had (which was a lot!) and offered great follow-up on scheduling. They were quick to schedule the service, showed up on time, and got the job done. The crew was friendly and tidy. While I hope I don't have a roof leak again, I would definitely hire them again!

Brandon Tipps and Roof-MD are absolutely top-notch. Very professional and so helpful through this process. Once I called for an estimate, Brandon Tipps was sent to inspect the roof. All questions were answered quickly and completely. Brandon met with the insurance adjuster, went on the roof with him to make sure all damage was recorded, and kept me informed of each step through the process. Their service was so great. After Brandon guided us through the claims process, our repairs were scheduled quickly and the team showed up and were amazing. They delivered shingles 1 day and replaced our roof the next day! They treated our home, lawn, and area with such care. They moved and covered all patio furniture and decking to avoid damage. And then put it all back when they meticulously cleaned the yard and driveway! A small pallet of material was leftover in our driveway. Brandon drove over an hour one way on New Years Day to make sure it was packed up and moved out of our way so we did not incur any inconvenience! Thats service!!! We have had roof repairs done before and it was like night and day in dealing with this company from others we have experienced. I highly recommend them and we definitely will not go anywhere else if we are in need of roof or gutter repairs! Save yourself the headache, time, and effort of going elsewhere and call Roof-MD.
