The owner of Roof Puppy responded quickly to our request for a quote on a number of repairs to one section of our fiber cement siding and to rotten places in the trim on the outside of our house. He was very thorough in assessing what needed to be done, and made every effort to chose the best and most affordable options for the repair, which included replacement of some of the trim, sealing of places, and painting. The worker who performed the tasks was very efficient and did outstanding work. We also asked him to replace the jamb and rehang our front door. All of this work was accomplished with reasonable speed and at a reasonable cost. There are some siding and roof companies in the area which try to sell much more work and product than we needed at literally astounding prices. Roof Puppy is the opposite of that - doing what is needed to be done at reasonable rates. If we needed to have our siding replaced (we don't, at least not right now), I'd call Roof Puppy in a heartbeat.

I hired Roof Puppy to install gutters and downspouts on my home where we had just completed the replacement of the facia and painted. John was very upfront throughout the whole process and his quote was right in line with expectations. He was also very helpful with some design ideas. This was not a simple job. His crew showed up on time and was clearly organized and experienced. I noticed their attention to detail when they were painting. The downspout outlets. Important since I had chosen black gutters. I also asked them to make some adjustments to their gutter attachments to get just the look I wanted and they understood and executed the change perfectly. There were some challenges as the work progressed, and John kept me informed and made sure I was OK with any changes. The crew finished on time and did a great job of cleaning the site. I was happy and most importantly my wife was happy.
