Great. Already saving money on bills because it doesn’t get as hot with the roof he put on and got rid of leaks that were potentially harming the insides of our walls. Jeff always gets it done for us. Built to last.

I have had them out on 4 different occasions to fix a roof leak, and it still leaks in the exact same place it did before. They told me more than once they were going to use alumacoat to seal up the leaks rather than just putting silicone over them, but they never do, they want to do it cheaply instead. I would think that using the right product the first time would be cheaper than sending guys out on four different occasions, but I guess I would be wrong. I've taken pictures of the leaks after every rainstorm just so that I can prove the problem still exists. The attached picture for this review is AFTER they had been out 2 times to work on the problem. As noted above, we are now at 4 times, and the problem is still there. In addition, their communication is poor. I have had repeated issues with scheduling, guys not showing up on the day they stated they would be there. Or, they get there an hour earlier than their stated time and I miss them. Arriving early might seem great, but not when you are taking off work to be there in a certain time window and you miss them and have to reschedule for a week later as a result.

I thought the owner, Steve, was very knowledgeable. So I hired them. Unfortunately a friend was on site when the work was done. I paid $250 extra for them to seal the roof when the ac was lifted off the roof with a crane. This was not performed. The person on site asked about it. The young man said he was not told to do that. The point was not pushed. When I came home it happened to rain. The leaks were worse particularly at the ac. They came back out. The young man apologized that he had not seen the contract so he did not perform all the work only the work he was verbally told about by the owner, Steve. Lesson learned. Make sure the workers have the contract and understand it. Additional work was done but you cannot afford to bring the crane back out. The next time I happened to be home and it rained the gutters were pouring over my brand new windows. At that point I chose not to call them back out.

Not well and we would not recommend this company. We did receive a second opinion from another roofing company and they noted that there was a lot of caulking on the roof, but there were also loose shingles.

Showed up on time, reviewed the entire roof, sealed nail holes and repaired some flashing.

Hired these folks on April 27, 2018 to repair several leaks in the old roof of my commercial sized building that has my home and 5 apartments. They showed up on time, and did a thorough job, though they told me we needed to wait until the next rain to verify if everything was okay. When the rain came there were no more leaks, and the price for the job was very affordable. Would definitely hire again.

He came out as scheduled the next day after I called. He fixed a leak I had in my roof. There has been a few more storms since then and everything has stayed dry.

Excellent service. Examined the entire roof and fixed all areas involved.

Jeff was great. We had two other roofing companies make repairs on a leak, and it was not fixed by them. When Jeff came out, he was able to spot a possible problem area right away. The person who did the actual repairs was very thorough. He did find an issue and corrected that problem, did an overall check of the rest of the roof, and corrected some other areas. We were pleased with the company overall.

I have had this provider over twice now and would hire again. He shows up on time, does a thorough job of inspecting the roof and letting me know of any issues, and fixes minor things such as pulled up shingles.

very reasonably priced. Came back to honor repair when one of two leaks needed additional work. Had to follow-up on arrival due to missing timeframe. However, once there, great service. Jeff knows roofing and was a pleasure to work with along with Ben.

Completed all that was necessary and let me know how much life left in roof.

Always a pleasure when they come by to check the roof. They do minor repairs and check everything. Still good on the roof for now but will keep on calling them to look it over.
