I had difficulty in setting the appointment. It was originally set for the day after Thanksgiving, 11/27, and I was told they would call if they decided not to work that day. No one showed and I did not receive a call. We reset the appointment for 12/10. They came out on 12/10 at the appointment time specified. They refastened all slipped tiles, caulked a broken tile and sealed a few areas. I know this because the roofer took photos on his phone to show me the problem areas and the repairs made. I was very pleased with their work and their professionalism. Other than the problems with setting the appointment, I was very happy with the service. <br />

I purchased an Angie's Deal for a roof inspection. After a couple of weeks I had to call regarding status and was told he was swamped with calls from the deal so I gave him a break. After a couple of more weeks I had to call again. Finally a couple of guys came out late in the afternoon to inspect the roof. They move a tile back into place and caulked a couple of cracked tiles. <br />

Technicians arrived on time even for the estimate. During estimate it was explained that my leak was slightly bigger than what they normally do for the amount of the deal but the extra cost was very reasonable. They were able to get my service in quickly during a very busy time which was much appreciated. Work was great and everything was explained and I was given pictures of all the work. I hope to not have any more leaks but would definitely use this company again if I ever do! <br />

We paid upfront for that and then when they got here, they did a quick reseal job on a small portion of the roof. Then, they wanted another $200 on top of that to purchase a different kind of sealer that they said comes from California. We're in Las Vegas. I get up on the roof too. I may be an old guy, but I still get up and get around. Based on what they were going to do on top of what they already did for $299, we just told them, "You know what, we're going to pass." We decided not to use them again. I can do what they did very easily for a lot less. We just thought that they could come out and fix this leak. I think the leak is fixed now. But, they wanted another $200 to use the right kind of sealer on it, which they should have included in $299. They did just a quick sweep-up of leaves and pine needles. Then they resealed with a sealer that was a black sealer. This is kind of a flat roof in Las Vegas. They should have used something white that was more reflective of the sun and was really what they were asking us pay another $200 to use. In my opinion, they should have done that when they came out and did the first part of the project and they did not. We just decided we don't mind paying but we don't like having people tell us one thing and then they change it to something else once they get here. So we're not going to use them anymore. They were a little pricey for what they did.
