Roof Rx

It was okay, it just took a lot of effort for them to come because they are very resistant. The job was done under warranty. Last year they come to fix the leak and it was good but recently there are leaks again but they keep on telling me they will come but they did not show up.

The gutter cleaning went fine. They did not tell me when they are coming, but he did show up and do the job. I couldn't stay for the whole thing because I was not expecting them, but they did show me photos of the finished job. They weren't super clean, but they were no longer plugged. They then gave me whole list of other things I should do.

On time, inspected all gutters, showed pictures of cleaned gutters. Pleasant & polite & efficient.

They guys left two bags of leaves one on roof and one in yard (not a big deal) but I thought you guy should know and my tops measure was missing. District MGM came all the down from see to check. I'm impressed at the effort to make it right.

I had a really bad experience scheduling it. The first part was, somebody had to come to my house, to inspect the house and I had to be home. They set it up. Their system is pretty good. They seemed very professional. But on the morning, they called me to cancel. They said the inspector was sick. The next time they set it up, it was a weekday. I went to work. The next time, they said, "Let's schedule it on a Saturday." On Saturday, between 12:00 and 2:00, the inspector was going to come. I stayed home the whole time. Till 2:30, nobody showed up and they had not called me. So, I looked at my e-mails and there was a manager. I called the manager. He called me back. Then I called the person who was supposed to do it, a couple of times. The person who was supposed to do it, told he wasn't working on Saturdays. The manager lied to me. The manager said, "Oh the guy got emergencies in the family." So he did his first two appointments. I was the fifth appointment or so and he couldn't do it. Meanwhile, the guy was home. He told me he had a day off. I said to him that this was the second time it was happening to me and that I was staying home for it. The first time, the guy said, he was in Hawaii. They had called me to tell me he was sick. But, in the meantime, the worker was in Hawaii. On the management side, there's really something wrong there. Then the inspector came on Sunday. So that was good. Then they came the Friday before last Friday. I wasn't home, but I know they came. Scheduling with them is next to impossible. I have some more work. So, I may use them.
