Very well. Our young carpenter was a very hard worker!

Check up went great, they showed us pictures of our roof before, and after they had gone through and done light repairs (nailing down flashing, patching small holes). Very friendly service, and they gave us the confidence we needed about our roof as first -time home buyers. We made it through the winter with no leaks or problems.

Our Spanish tile roof was damaged in a fluke high wind and rain storm. Roof RX did everything they said they would do in a professional and timely manner. Excellent job!

Excellent. Matt was professional, very responsive and returned calls promptly. Pricing was much more reasonable than other quotes I received. When the post completion snaps weren't clear enough to see the work, Matt made the extra effort to come out, retake them and resend the completed work order papers.

I found a 2nd problem area after I got the 1st inspection and estimate, so I had 2 different inspectors and inspections before the work was done, and then the roofer who did the job found more problems. Unfortunately, this occurred during our deluge and they were booked, so that by the time they could come to do the repairs, more damage had been done. In the end, all areas were repaired satisfactorily and I have high praise for the roofer who completed the job. Roof RX and Angie's List have been after me to get this report filed, but I waited until after we had more rain last month, and now I can confirm there are now NO LEAKS when it rains.

They charge $2500 for a portion of my roof, however they're pricier than other contractors. They do a good job. They're reliable. They call you all the time. All of the other contractors give you a warranty for three years, they give you only one year. That is the only thing I didn't like about them, but everything else I like about them. They have done other jobs for me. I matched their prices. I told them I had three prices, but their price is the highest one and I would like to go with them. I asked if they could match the other prices and then I would go with them, they did. They detail everything, they always send pictures before and after. This is the second job they did for me. So far I had no problems. I had a leak and they fixed it for me, so I think they did a quality job. They called me right away, they told me who was their contractor and the contractor directly contacted me.

They finished one job and started another right after. I called them recently to give us an estimate also. I wasn't actually there for the first job for $2000, but there were 3 or 4 people. The second job was $3747.  <br /> <br />

It was okay. He did educate me on some stuff on what to do. They fixed the leaks on the roof and told me where the leaks are. The only thing I didn't like is that he didn't really nail some of it in right and they started falling off, so I had to get the ladder and hammer it back in. He was going super fast I think. I don't even think he was there an hour. The part of the roof he fixed is already starting to slide off.

Repair was fine. Dealing with the office was terrible, twice the contractor did just not show up. They did not respond to e-mails or phone messages. Scheduling was a farce. The "contractor" that did the repair seemed top know what he was doing, but again failed to show up at the scheduled time.

They did a great job. The price was reasonable.

Worked out fine. They came out pretty quickly. Knew we had some repairs that needed to be done. Price is real fair. With your roof, you never know the quality. You aren't up there, so how would you know, unless you stay up there. The guy who came and did the work was fine. In the customer you need to be in charge of the communication, as larger companies communication can get lost. Also, be careful of what falls off your roof, that will end up in your tires. We had to deal with this also. Pay attention. They were not terrible, but they were not Grade A professional.

The area in the front where they patched, did not color coat to match. The rest of the repairs matched except for that spot.

I purchased the deal on August 27, 2016, on August 29th, I received an email confirming the date I had requested. I received an email reminder 48 hours, which I truly appreciated! On the day of the service, Mike called to say he could make the appointment early, if that was convenient for me, which worked out great! Super friendly, courteous and professional. They completed the inspection, as well as promptly providing a report (with pics) via email. I would hire them again!! I highly recommend RX Roof!

We cannot say enough good things about this company. John was our roofer who communicated very well with us before, during, and after the job was done. He was neat and cleaned up after each day's work. Since our roof had been done poorly by a previous company, we wanted to understand completely what would be done to fix the roof. In short, we were extremely happy with the way John did the work and interfaced with us during and after. We would highly recommend this company.
