Fixed "openings"; installed new roof peak shingles; and fixed dormers. A year later the right dormer failed, leaking considerable amount of water onto ceiling, ruining the ceiling.

<p>This was a big deal purchase. They were late one day and canceled. I had trouble connecting with them because they have an automated system, so that was a little frustrating. Their automated phone system was a real pain. Their quality was good, but trying to get hold of them was hard. I did not get pricing from anybody else. </p> <p><br /></p>

Fine.  They came out I think it was December 9th.  There were no additional charges.  They weren't able to fix the lead because the state of the roof.  So I called them with a question later and they never got back to me.  I would recommend that they return phone calls.  The technician was great.  They were early.

I was very happy with them. Cody was very efficient and even showed me pictures from his phone of the work to be done.

It went well.  The representative took care of a couple of issues right on the spot and provided an estimate to clean and treat the moss.  They were on time and complete! <br />

It went really well. I had previously had two wildly different assessments of the condition of our roof. Having a maintenance company rather than a roofer do the assessment was a great idea. He gave a similar assessment of the life left on the roof to one of our previous inspections. This confirmed that we have some years left on the roof and saved us having to get a new roof this year. Worth every penny! Now we have resources to focus on other needed repairs on the house.  <br /> We paid extra because we have a steep roof pitch. I felt this was fair and was clearly stated ahead of time. Very professional. Honest. Didn't try to upsell us. What I expected from the reviews. <br />

They did a good job. They said my roof was in good shape. They pretty much just sprayed a little bit on the edges and did some moss control. They did well. It would be better if they would have more time getting around the gutters and stuff. That was about it. They did it pretty fast. There were a few leak problems around the gutters that they couldn't look at. I noticed when they left that there was still a clog. They treated me very well. They told me everything I need to know. They pretty much said it. The cost was pretty fair. They helped and gave me an idea with my roof. They came pretty fast. They came early.

He came did the work we paid and he left. Update as of 11/29/2016: After the recent heavy rains in Portland, the left dormer is leaking and ruing the ceiling in the living room. I called Roof RX a few days ago and asked for help and was told that my warranty expired Oct. 26, 2016 and besides they were no longer servicing Portland. So, after spending $951. for roof repair late last year, we’ve been left hanging because we were a few days past Roof RX,s warranty. Therefore, Roof RX gets an F for abandoning us and not living up to the services portrayal on its website.

Carlos inspected my roof, took photos of problem areas and made minor repairs. I found Carlos to be very professional and personable, and I would definitely recommend him to others. <br />
