said I had atleast 5 more years on roof....didn't last a year, never gave me the final written results. dont waste your money..u

They came and replaced siding and skylights but this did not stop the leak, they came back once and slathered tar that did not stop the leak. After hiring out to repair the sheet rock and the gap in the skylights which they said they didn't do that sort of repair I now find I have to hire out for this yet again and I still have the original leak. I also had to paint the siding which as it turns out never needed to be replaced. They apparently do not know how to fix a leak in the roof, they simply try stuff at your expense to see if it works, which in my case didn't. So now I have to find a real roofing company to really fix the leak. I wouldn’t go near this company again and I will file complaints to the licensing agency. It cost me over $5000 for nothing.

Hired last year, roof was fine until snow collected on roof and began to melt and it was then it leaked into the house. I called and they responded which was good, they sent people to the house and hopefully repaired the leak but now I have to fix the water damage(to sheetrock) myself for the second time.

Work was performed quickly, and following multiple rain storms after the work was completed, successfully. The workers arrived punctually and left my home clean. Would hire them again.

There was a company through Angie’s List that I got a package deal, they would do some patch work on roof. Very good experience. I had a problem in one spot and they patched it up for me. I’ve not had a problem with that at all, that section of the roof. Price was good, the package deal was to cover a 10x10 spot and that was basically what I needed, it worked out well. Very good quality. The only problem I had with them was the fellow I did deal with, his office had to get back to me. I always needed to call him, it happened 2 or 3 times and then he would make the call and they would respond. Other than that they were spot on, very good.

The inspector came by and walked the roof and told us that we did not have any leaks and that the roof was in great condition. Because of the intense heavy rain we had seen some slight dampness in the attic but he said that was normal given the heavy rainfall. We thought he was very sincere and professional.

They caulked some areas they thought may be the problem and then gave me an estimate on some other parts. The extra work that they gave me an estimate on seemed kinda high. I may use them but based on their price, it may be their competition. One man came out and the job was completed within an hour. They did go over everything they repaired.

It didn't go very well. The gentleman came and looked at the roof. He said that he would send us a summary of what he found but we never received it. He just looked at the roof, he never did any work. He was on time. I am less likely to use them again. He didn't really do any work, he just looked at the roof for 10/15 minutes.

When John came to give me an estimate, I explained about water overflowing the gutter. He actually sent a drone with a camera up to try to diagnose the problem. A nearby tree made it difficult to see the very end of the gutter, so he promised to have his men clean out any debris when they returned to do the job. They did a great job replacing the aluminum capping and cleaned out the gutter as promised, which was completely clogged. I couldn't have been happier with their work and their attitude.

John Plotke was a pleasure to do business with. He came out and discussed the work with me and then, before leaving, took the time to print out a detailed estimate of the work and cost. We agreed on the contract and the work was completed in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend him without hesitation

Extremely well. He was professional, friendly and explained his findings clearly. He accurately assessed the remaining life on our roof as 3-5 years and made suggestions that would clue us in to when it was time to put in a new roof.
