Mr. Pool replied promptly to my request for an evaluation and estimate. He was the only roofer who actually got up to the roof on my 3-storey home to assess the problem directly (the others relied only on drones). He and his crew showed up punctually on the agreed day/time and they were able to complete the work on schedule. Everything was done professionally and the leak has not occurred again since the repair was done.

Roof Services recently put a new roof on my house. It looks amazing and I am so very pleased! The job was completed in one day. From the start to the finish of this job, all the workers were very professional, worked hard, and it was apparent that they took pride in their workmanship. Justin, the supervisor on the job, was absolutely wonderful and patient with me as he thoroughly answered all of my questions. The workers did a great job of cleaning up after the roof was completed. They did not leave one piece of trash, shingle cuttings or nails in my driveway or yard. If you need a new roof, I highly recommend that you call Michael, owner of Roof Services. He is very honest and dependable and uses high quality materials which was very important to me. You will be very pleased just as I was.

I called, and Michael Pool showed up to give me an estimate for a relatively small roof leak. He told me they'd try to get to it before the weekend rains began. We were out of town while the repairs took place, but roof Services kept me informed of the progress, or lack of progress because of the rain. Although he'd told me they couldn't get to the job because of the rain, we got a break in the weather, and Roof Services came over during a sunny period. Ended up getting repairs made more quickly than anticipated. I couldn't be more pleased. Although I wasn't here during the repairs, I was kept up to date via email, so there were no surprises. Roof Services offered an estimate in a timely manner, showed up for the repairs even more quickly than I thought, and followed up with a phone call to be sure everything was OK. I thought this was very professional behavior in every way.

The roof was completed as scheduled and the workmanship was excellent. The crew was very professional and courteous. They showed up when they said they would and cleaned up the yard every day before they left for the day. The job superintendent or the crew leader was there on site for the entire job, which made communicating (In English) easy. I am very satisfied with the work and the personnel of Roof Services and would hire them again. The roof looks fabulous and my neighbors all love it.

Did amazing work for us at a price that was significantly lower than other estimates we’d reveived. Had a downpour the very next day & not a drop in the house. Friendly and professional - no complaints whatsoever. Would definitely use again.

Michael Pool arrived when promised, investigated the problem areas and told me what needed to be done. He emailed me a detailed estimate a couple of days later listing the specifics of the job. I hired Roof Services. Justin, the craftsman, showed up on time for the work. He spent 3 long days on the job and was very thorough. He explained to me what he did and took pics of the problem areas he corrected. He cleaned up the area afterwards. I have no complaints. I wish all contractors were as professional and thorough as these guys.

they took my call; gave me an estimate with pictures up front; I told them I was going to shop another bid. I called 2 days later and left I message I was ready to go forward. They returned my call promptly, scheduled the work for 4 days later, showed up did the work while I as gone, left pictures of repairs and said just mail in the check, which I did promptly. 2 weeks later a different person from the company called me to follow up and make sure I was happy with their work. I plan to replace the roof after next hurricane season... can you guess who I am going to call.

Roof Services called us back in a timely manner, came out to inspect roof and a few days later provided us with a quote. They were very courteous and took time to explain everything in detail that we wanted to know, before choosing someone to do the work. They scheduled the repairs needed within two weeks, replacing old vents, necessary shingles and resealing.

Justin inspected my roof after the recent Hurricane Harvey and provided recommendations for long term roof stability to prevent leaks. Justin came along with his crew on the scheduled day and finished the task as he recommended (Removed all plastic vent boots and air hawks - replaced with lead metal vents and aluminum air hawks).
