Roof Services Of Middle Tennessee

Roof Services of Middle Tennessee did very good. I ended up having a leak and they came back and fixed it. There were some problems with the one part of the roof and they fixed the framing and everything. They were a great company to work with. They were on time and very professional. I would use them again.

They removed roof and replaced. Fixed roof around chimney at no extra charge. <br /> <br />

   I reported him to the Better Businss Bureau and found out in a hurry that it was a useless thing to do.  They only help if the business admits to wrong doing and then they will help make arrangements in making it right.  Since Mr King would not admit to anything wrong there was nothing for the BBB to do.  <br />   in his answer to my ccomplaint Mr King made ugly remarks about me and even threatened to have me arrested for Insurance fraud.  I had requested the workers do some other work for me, and I would pay them, but in the end Mr. King said that I wanted the work done at the insurance companies expense.  <br />    Mr king uses several names for his company and several addresses, all in Smyrna.  <br />     He has a represenative named Joe who is a first responder for the company and he too is a big talker, big shot salesman who can talk an old woman into anything.   I dont think i even needed the new siding, I had never noticed any damge done to the siding from the tornade that came thru my community and I sure wish I had not allowed him to do the work.  <br />    The "new" siding shingles are so very cheap looking and as I said, you can see clear thru them and in the hot of the day they ribbon from the heat and make my home look cheap.  The old ones did not do that.  I still have  half of my home covered with the old siding and it can be seen by anyone who is interested.  <br />    IM sure Mr King will attempt to sue me for this report.  Hes such a big shot and big talker and blow hard that it scares me some, when he wrote me a letter threatening to have me arresed he used font an inch tall to print out this letter trying to make himself look like a big bear coming after me. He is scary, but truth wins out. 

Inspected my roof and found sufficient damage for my insurance to replace my roof. Helped me to file a claim with my insurance company and met the insurance adjuster when he came to inspect my roof. Was able to upgrade me from a three tab shingle to an architectural 30 year roof for what the insurance paid to replace it. Showed up at 7 am on the scheduled day for installation with a crew large enough to complete the job in a timely manner. When they left that afternoon my new roof looked great and my yard was clean of all the old roofing material and hauled away. The salesman and the roofing crew were professional and courteous. They handled the whole job for me from the first inspection to filing for the final completion check from my insurance company and waited for them to send the check before taking the final payment for my roof.
