He arrived right on time and came prepared to do the complete job. His workers were polite and professional. Work began at 9:00 AM and was finished by 1:30 PM. They left no mess behind. The price quoted was the price charged. We would highly recommend Roofs & More for any home repairs. Previously Roofs & More did our roof in one day where all other bids were estimating three days. The bid was the lowest of all others. The materials and workmanship were excellent. When the team left, the was no evidence that they had ever been there. It was very impressive.

Requested a quote through Angie’s list. They responded in a timely fashion. Looked at the existing deck, and gave a very competitive price for the labor. They were able the start the work almost immediately and completed it quickly. I had miscalculated the quantity of material required and they were able to obtain the additional needed to complete the job. Excellent workmanship. Neatly fitted around all the deck posts.

I can't tell you how refreshing it is to hire someone who comes and does quality work without the drama. Jake and his team came in and replaced about 90+ bad bricks in our chimney. Besides being tough work, Jake did what he said they would do and were professional throughout the whole process. Jake matched the brick and mortar perfectly and you would not know work was done. That was the goal, it looks great and you don't even know bricks were replaced. This was a messy job and you can't tell they were even there as they power sprayed everything down and picked up all the brick and mortar. I'm a long time Angie's List member and this was one of my best experiences. If you need chimney work, they are the one to hire!

Excellent. They were here within a day or two of my calling. They came on time and were done in a timely manner. They also checked over a couple other places that were questionable on the roof and fixed them. This is the second job they have done for me and I would call them again.

They did a great job, it took two weeks but well worth it, I would hire them again and would recommend them to others.

Really enjoyed the interaction with Jake and his brother, the work crew. Home Depot goofed up the first paint color, but we decided to do two coats, so the goofed up color worked as a good base to the final color. Have mixed reviews on whether the roof leaks a bit more by the clear panels now, but we would call this company to fix the issue if we identify any problem.

They were busy but patched the holes promptly and came to do the reroof in a reasonable amount of time. The work went smoothly and they were respectful of all planting areas, each day all scraps were cleaned up. We got a excellent job at a fair price.

Had to come back twice. But, West Michigan Roofing actually said I should replace my 7 year old roof! (They lost all credibility). For $125 Jake pounded in 5 nails. The problem was solved.

Dan was very efficient and professional and got the job done at a very fair price...he is a very nice friendly and courteous gentleman. I used Roofs and More about 2 years ago for the same thing.. ( ice removal ) and I am very satisfied with the company.

Smoothly - We would use them again

The job took a total of 2 weeks due to the multiple rainy days. Employees were courteous and did a good job. I especially appreciated that they pointed out that we had a frayed electrical wire that we had not noticed. Really easy to work with.

From my initial meeting with Jake Evink for an estimate, I felt comfortable. He listened to my assessment of the problem as he did his own assessment. We discussed the addition of attic insulation and the installation of a roof mounted TV antennae with coaxial cable as well. I asked that his estimate be broken into parts so I could choose all or portions of work. I chose the vent, soffit vents, antennae installation, and accepted his suggestion of moving a bath vent to a soffit location. The work was accomplished in a professional as well as friendly manner and at a fair price. We are continuing a discussion about attic insulation removal, elevating an area of attic floor used for storage, and replacing all insulation. This company will work with you and I highly recommend them.

The quote was provided promptly, he offered to come Sunday because of a heavy workload during the week. I decided to go with Roofs and More because the price was significantly less than another provider who wanted to rebuild my chimney rather than repair what was in place. The work was completed within the time frame they promised. They noticed that one problem was actually a little worse than initially expected, but did not charge extra to complete the repair. Overall I am highly satisfied with the work and the value I received. For potential future customers, at least once my phone call wasn't returned. Don't let then discourage you from using Roofs and More. They are a small business. Just give them another call and in the end you will be satisfied.
