We purchased our home four years ago from an elderly woman and had not seen the actual color of our roof tiles ever.  I think it had been years since the previous owner had the roof cleaned.  They came out promptly, went to work right away and were done very quickly.  The result?  A HUGE difference! The previously dingy and dark roof tiles were sparkly clean and showed the true earth tone brown/clay color of the roof tiles rather than the dingy gray we had been looking at since we purchased.  Great job!! <br />

I was very impressed with the results of the roof cleaning. The roof had lots of mold and now looks great. Looks like a new roof. I was even more impressed with the contractors professionalism. There was a discrepancy with an Angie's list coupon and the contractor handled the issue very well. I would highly recommend roof top exteriors and I will use them in the future.

Great care was taken in the preparation to protect the home and shrubbery where the roof might drain without gutters. The results were excellent and did not use damaging pressure. <br /> <br />

This review is somewhat difficult to write.  The provider and I had difficulty working out a time when he was available and I could be at home.  My schedule forced me to change the date a couple of times.  Finally we set a date, but then I had to be out of town.  The provider informed that he could do the work even if I was not there, and so that is what happened.  The provider responded quickly to my emails each time I wrote. <br /> When I got back the roof was clean just as I wanted and just as the provider had promised.  I do not know what method was used but have to assume that low pressure was used as there is evidence that a lot of water came off the roof down into the yard. <br /> I am very satisfied that the roof algae problem is fixed.  I cannot comment on the professionalism of the provider because I was not present when the work was done.  I would recommend this provider given the final look of the roof but with the caveats I have mentioned above. <br />

Jason and his partner arrived and cleaned years of mildew and dirt away in a couple of hours.  My patio deck and ceiling was very dirty and now it  looks like new.  They provided excellent service and I will use them again. <br />

Wow, Jason did a great job!  You can tell that he has been doing this for a very long time (I think he says 27 years).  All work was performed by Jason with help from one colleague.  He was extremely professional and efficient.  Also, he took more precautions (regarding our plants and air conditioning) than we have seen some other roof cleaners do. <br />

Company replied quickly came out the next week promptly. Cleaned roof with chemicals without pressure washing. My roof was black with mildew and when they left it was back to original color. It did not effect any of my plants. I am very pleased with Roof Top and exteriors. <br />
