Serenity Roofing Solutions was incredible to work with. The level of professionalism was top notch. They handled my insurance claim assistance which made the whole experience much less stressful for me. Initially my claim was denied and Serenity recommended a re-inspection and fought on my behalf to get my damages approved through insurance. I had a full roof replacement and siding replacement from the storm damages. I had excellent communication from Tabitha, Rich and Krissy. The crews were very professional and did a great job on install and also left my house looking better than before they arrived. I am so thrilled with my new roof and siding! I’d 100% recommend Serenity Roofing Solutions for any exterior needs and I will be using them in the future! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My only regret is not calling Serenity Roofing first. After a major hail storm in May 2024, our home needed everything—roof, siding, windows, gutters. We initially went with a contractor recommended by family (which felt like a safe choice), and it turned into a frustrating, drawn-out experience. Poor communication, incomplete work, and zero follow-through—we finally walked away over a year later with more problems than we started with. That’s when we reached out to Serenity Roofing—and I only wish we had started with them. From day one, Rich and his team were thorough and honest. He identified issues no one else caught (including improper roof venting that was affecting our attic), and explained exactly how they would fix it. Tabitha went above and beyond—she created multiple renderings to help us choose siding colors and walked us through every decision without pushing us outside of reason. We were also up against the clock with insurance deadlines, and they didn’t miss a beat. The team handled supplements, documentation, and communication with insurance, and kept us informed the entire time. Even with Missouri weather throwing curveballs, their crew showed up and got the job done—working through tough conditions to make sure everything was completed on time. They didn’t invoice us until the work was done, and they stood behind everything. Our house looks amazing, and more importantly, everything was done right. If you’re trying to find a contractor you can actually trust—this is the one. Honest, hardworking, and easy to work with.
