After countless roofing companies with high prices and bad attitudes I was getting really depressed. We had a roof that needed to be replaced and we were getting nowhere. And then, Roof X!!! This is the most amazing company I have ever dealt with! They saw the problem, knew exactly what needed to be done and just took charge. Every single person we dealt with was kind, professional, empathetic and knowledgeable and the result is that we have a beautiful new roof. The 4 men who came out last Saturday morning started at 7:30 and never stopped until after 5 when the roof was complete and the area cleaned up. I would recommend Roof X to anyone who needed work done and I am grateful that we found them

Once the job was complete Renee came and walked the entire roof. There were a couple of spots that Rene was wanting to have redone due to the pitch and angles of my roof so as to make sure it would look good. He had his crew out there within 24 hours to make the adjustments.

Roof X personnel were given two days for starting the work with one firm date for completion of work (five days later). Roof X selected the latter start day during our negotiation and completion of required permits. However, the early start date was left open. Roof X ultimately selected the early start date and finished the job early. Work crews announced themselves daily. Work performed was expedient. Crews cleanup debris daily before departing. There was no damage to gutters or any exterior components of the house (screened pool area). Likewise, the "Crew" determined in had deteriorated plywood roof decking that needed replacing. I was contacted prior to repair for a "notice to proceed". The estimate of addition decking replacement, was considered fair and reasonable (as a previous vendor indicated swaying roof decking). In determining the additional material needed, Roof X representatives sent digital images / pictures of my roof to ensure I was completely informed regarding the amount decking replacement material needed, and the specific areas needing new decking. Additionally, I had a small section of 2"x4" facade that was rotten from moisture, this was replaced as needed. The the final home inspection concerning the roof replacement by my County Building Department went seamless. No errors or omissions were noted. I received the roof warranty documents promptly upon final payment for services rendered.

Wonferful called Sunday and Randy came today Wednesday very professional checked roof told us the causes fixed the places that needed repair at request resealed as I call them the holes in the roof for vents. Very reasonable will use Roof-X in a few years when we need a new one. Rained this afternoon all is well.

Very well! The owner gave me a prompt estimate, in fact he arrived the day I called! The cost was very fair, and he didn't try to oversell or convince me to replace my roof, when all I needed was a repair. If you need to repair or replace your roof, do yourself a favor and hire Roofex.

They were at the house less than a week after I called. The only took 2 days to complete the whole roof,new ducts,skylights and trim. They did a good prompt cleanup. The roof came out perfect. They were quick + very professional.

They were prompt and I believe they did a good job although my husband was not able to go up and check things out due to illness. They listened to my concerns. We did have a tree service guy out and he pointed out a concern and Rene sent a very nice man right out to fix it. He said it would not have caused a problem but he heat glued it down better anyway.

It went very well & we were very pleased with how nice the roof turned out. They completed the job in 2 days. We dealt with Julio in Sales to set up the job & he made sure all was going smoothly & in a timely manner. He was very personable & professional & we felt a real asset to the company.

The roof was done well, but the collateral damage to our landscaping and historic Hyde Park home will cost us far more than Roof X agreed to do. The owner is an arrogant young kid who can't accept he ever doesn't anything wrong. The attached photos don't do justice to the destruction, only some of which they admitted to doing.

Could not have asked for a better experience. The owners provided the initial interaction, not a salesperson. They provided what I considered to be a great price. They promptly performed the work. When a couple of problems were noted, they were corrected the next business day! An excellent experience from beginning to end.

Roof X did a complete roof over. I had an old three tab roof system with a small flat roof. My roof was in REALLY bad shape due to the age of the roof. Roof X came out and gave me a great quote and started on my roof right away. The staff and the crew were very professional and highly skilled. I am 100% satisfied with my new roof and I absolutely positively would highly recommend this company to anyone. Very very happy with the job that Roof X provided.
