Pool water was green with visible algae on the walls. We requested to pay half upfront and half upon completion, They reused. We paid in full. Prior to treatment we asked that Roony make sure the pump was working properly. AS far as we know, that was not performed. They did detect a leak which was resolved by homeowner. Three treatment were completed over a weeks time. Provider said it would take a month for the pool to be back to normal. Homeowner followed provider instruction to install new filter and add chlorine after treatments were completed. We have continued to apply weekly maintenance chemicals, clean the filter and vacuum on a weekly basis, On Aug. 14 we called and emailed Roony Pools. We informed them that there was minor improvement but that the water was still green with visible algae on the walls. We requested that they return to inspect the pool and let us know what needed to done. We have texted or called multiple time since and have received no response. Our last attempt was Aug 22 at 4:50 pm. A message was left for someone to return our calls and to contact Mark Giles. As of this date, Sept. 20, we have received no response from this company, To resolve this complaint we either want the algae eliminated with clear water and no visible algae, and the pool swimable. Or full compensation of fees paid.

Rooney and team have been servicing our pool for over a year now. Their service is impeccable. They are friendly, professional, and do a great job cleaning our pool. I would highly recommend them.

I got a soft wash done on my house and i have no complaints. Service was excellent and the people i spoke to were all very friendly and helpful. Price was also very good for the work that was done as well. Will definitely be calling for the services again.
