Roos H&R Painting

Providers met with us first in our home to discuss our needs, share ideas about paint colors, explain estimate, and arrange a schedule.  They were very helpful in coordinating the colors we selected. They knew from past experience which colors were best and were open and honest about our choices. Without their help, we would have been less satisfied with the base color and trim we originally selected. Their experts' eye was invaluable! Their crew arrived promptly on the first day, and followed their predicted schedule throughout the project. There were frequent consultations as the job moved forward, and we were kept well informed about the progress. A careful examination of the house followed the completion of the painting, and it was very important to them that we were completely pleased with their work, which we were. Final touch-ups were made willingly and to our complete satisfaction.  A thorough clean-up of our property occurred at the end of each day's work and when the painting was finished. Ladders and other equipment and materials were stored safely overnight.  In addition to being very competent, the painters were polite, respectful of their surroundings, and willing to answer our questions and receive our comments. The finished product is magnificent, a genuine transformation that beautifies and complements the other homes in the neighborhood.  We believe that the professionalism we were shown is consistent with what they offer their other clients in this area, and we will definitely recommend them to friends and colleagues, and will call them again for future painting needs.

They were excellent to work with.  They were able to match the paint the was there and were able to complete everything in 3 days. The entire crew was extremely nice and easy to work with.  I have had them do interior painting and they also did an excellent job. I would definitely hire them again. 

I would heartily recommend Roos H&R Painting. Mike and Penny Roos work hard and aim to please. When I first met them to introduce them to the job and get a bid, they indicated that they love painting and restoring old houses. Their work reflects that love. They are honest, dependable, responsible, and easy to work with. When asked to make a few changes, they graciously agreed.  <br>Soon after we met, they emailed me a contract. We met again to confirm colors. There was a delay because of the spring weather, but once the rain cleared, they power washed the house, and then got started the next week and didn't stop until the job was complete. There was quite a bit of scraping, caulking, and even replacing of some shingles. They brushed on the stain for the best and longest lasting result. Despite all the work, they completed the job in about 8 days and the result is fantastic.  <br>Their crew seemed equally careful, polite, and hardworking. Despite all the activity and workers on the property, they cleaned up every night, even shop vacuuming all the paint chips from the ground and porch roofs when they were done.  <br>The house has been restored to its former beauty and I am extremely pleased and satisfied with their work.

They were very accommodating.  I left VM saying I would like an estimate.   They called back the same day.  They came to the house and walked around.  The next week I had an estimate.   It was a little above my price range, but they were able to adjust and we agreed on a price.   We discussed colors, and I was finally able to make a decision.   They caulked and scrapped the house.   Garage was spray painted as it was alum siding.   House got 2 coats.   They use top of the line Sherwin Williams paints.   I was very satisfied with the results.They said if I find anything that needs touched up or changed to call and they would "fix" it. <br />

They did a wonderful job.  They were here for about 3 days, working very hard the entire time. They even came on the Saturday before Memorial Day to finish up the job.  The house looks great!  I was very pleased with them.
