The ceilings had a lot of dings in them that I had to patch up with n my own later. They never told us how to prep our living spaces before the work. It took three days. The entire house was covered in white chalk. We had to have the house professionally cleaned just for a few rooms to have their ceilings resurfaced. This could have been easily managed by sealing off the area. I do not believe they are very experienced.

My request is that Rooster Drywall in return half the amount that I paid them which was $3000.00 they requested in cash. The job was not to my satisfaction 1) the appropriate paint was not used on the walls, ceiling, trim. I purchased wall paint, ceiling paint and Accent color for one wall. The walls are shining high gloss, he never allowed the walls dry. I sent copy of the walls and the areas that needed patch work. He did not fix the dry wall issue just painted over them. I counted the gentleman but is wife is the one that does the talking he never said a word, they did not speak in English the whole time they were in my home. I contacted the couple the next day with my frustrations. We had words but she said they would be back in two weeks, or requested they refund part of my money. She guaranteed they would be back, when they didn't return I called her, the wife stated they had a death in Mexico they would come in two weeks. They never called or returned. I was out of $3000.00 now I have to hire someone else to fix the problems. The damage to my custom shades I still have not gotten the paint off. The shades are custom if price is needed will provide the invoice. I allow this couple 3 weeks to return, she became angered when I finally spoke to her. I sent pictures of the room and the areas that needed fixing, "sure he can do all that" .

Very good work. Fairly priced, and he handled a large project on an old house very well. Excellent communication.

The work went well. It was very messy so I recommend anyone hiring this contractor to be prepared for just how messy this project can be. My floors, carpets and furniture were so covered in material leftover from sanding that it took us three days to clean. Everything was white as snow. Also, do not wet the sanding debris, make sure you dry wipe, sweep and vacuum before wiping things down with anything damp/wet. Again, can't stress enough that the final product was great, but the process is messy. Be prepared.

They did a great job patching all of the holes we had. They were seamless and we were able to paint over them without any issues.

Rooster came out to fix the drywall in my home, upon inspection he discovered that I needed more help in other areas. I gave him my budget, then he let me know what he could do for that amount. He installed the floor I had purchased in record time, and it looks beautiful!!

Work was performed quickly and looks great. Stamping perfectly matched the existing textures on the ceiling. All around, an A+ job! I’d hire Rooster again and highly recommend their service if you need ceiling repair, especially stamping as experienced contractors are hard to find to match existing textures.

Excellent. Rooster Drywall came out the day after we called. After assessing the job, gave a quote before they left. Scheduled the job that week and they finished the demolition and replaced the drywall and missed the first day and came back the second day and sanded and painted and cleaned up. Bathroom looks great. They were very professional and would hire them without question.
