"We sincerely apologize but We asked Angies list to pull of off of the toilet tune up deals numerous times because it actually costs us money to do toilet tune ups. Unfortunately they never cancelled the lead generator to stop setting us up with the customer. We have to pay for the parts for the toilet(roughly $20) and gas to get out to the job (roughly $10), licensing, bonding and insurance . We also lost way too much normal paying work at our normal charges of $95/hr and weren't able to pay our bills because of being flooded with these calls and not being able to tend to our regular customers. We have served over 5,000 customers in about a 5 year period and didn't start receiving F ratings until we joined Angies List. We work with Home Depot with a 5 out of 5 star rating and have always had great ratings."
"We can't guarantee after market handles. We installed new parts onto this toilet. We would have come out a 3rd time for free if we received a call. About 2-5% of our calls are recalls. Sometimes it's just inevitable that some jobs are more abnormally difficult than others."
"Our company has plenty of A ratings from the same technician. In fact, we have served over 5,000 customers with top notch customer service. The technician put his hand into the tank which is where the clean water comes from and also where all of the work is done. The bowl is where the dirty water comes from and we don't normally even put our hands into that bowl."
