Root Busters Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

At first they weren't responsive, likely because our plumbing is not built very well. But then Steve came on a Monday and basically he and I figured out what to do. I had already researched and learned what needed to be done but Steve is a very seasoned, experienced plumber and wow, he's got some great connections with people. He got all the authorities to come really fast to give their approval and he hired an outstanding company too bore for the new main water line.  They were Johnny on the spot about their work and did a great job and were well experienced. I asked Steves son Josh to put a junction box between the work that was being done and the old pipes we had to connect to and Steve didn't know I asked but he was totally on top of it and had exactly what I was thinking was needed right there in his truck when he arrived a few minutes later! He was thinking and acting on our behalf for the future. I guess it was code but he certainly had our best interests at heart! A real great guy. Easy to talk to as well. Very personable. Well, our main concern was that there would be no new leaks in the existing plumbing line we were attaching to. We turned on the water at the street. Turned off all the faucets etc at the house and the little black triangle on the water meter that spins when water goes thru was completely stopped! We couldn't have been happier about that! We're happy campers! Steve pulled it off! Josh did his part well too! All was well except they didn't seem to have a very good system for handling my credit card but they came up with an alright solution. <br /> <br />

He arrived in a timely manner, was tidy, taking off his shoes upon entering the house, and was polite and informative. I definitely  recommend this company to others. <br />

Owner and son arrived a little late to perform the work quoted.  The owner was experienced and did a quality job.  The plumbing job will last many years.  He also went the extra step to make sure the cabinet was level so that faucet and basin would work efficiently.  He also did some work in the kitchen to make sure all connections were good and improved the hose line to the dishwasher and ice maker. He answered my questions and explained in detail the work he had completed.  I would definitely hire him again, but would ask that he protect my floors and leave the work area neater.  His prices were very good for the excellent work he performed. <br />

I needed a plumber to install a dishwasher that was removed to put in a new floor in the kitchen.  They did an excellent job and stayed an extra half an hour to ensure that the dishwasher and garbage disposal were functioning perfectly.  Their price was very reasonable considering the time it took to complete the job.  I would definitely call them again if I ever needed a  plumbing service. <br />

It was a great experience, and our toilet is quiet for the first time in years! <br /> We have a bit more plumbing work that needs to be done, and I am already planning on hiring Root Busters for the job. <br />

He was on time, even though he has to drive all the way over from Vancouver, which can be a hassle with all the heavy traffic.  And he did a great job.   He's very honest, hard-working, and also very personable.     He also checked a big plumbing problem for me in my kitchen sink.    I'm going to go to Home Depot and buy the faucet that I want, and he's coming over Wed. to install it for me as well as a new soap dispenser.   To show you how honest he is, if I'd had him install the new soap dispenser Monday he would have had to charge me extra, but he recommended that I wait till Wed. when he installs the new faucet, and then there won't be an extra charge for installing the soap dispenser.   I have a very deep kitchen sink, so it's not so easy to install a soap dispenser in there.    I will definitely be calling on him again in the future for plumbing problems, and I highly recommend him.   He has a small business, and I like to support small businesses. <br />

Answered all questions.  Shared plumbing code.  Performed all inspections in a workmanlike manner.  Gave maintenance tips and what to look for to avoid costly repairs. Put client's name and phone number on receipt to supplier so they can ensure appointment time.

He came right on time and looked at the issue, identifying the problem and potential additional issue immediately. After the replacement of the flap did not solve the problem, he gave us a very good price on rebuilding the innards if the toilet. Long-term problem solved!
