Water Main - Install, Replace or Repair - For Business
$77
10/09/2026 DO NOT HIRE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! I had a nightmare experience with Rooter Hero Plumbing that resulted in thousands of dollars in property damage and unacceptable service. During a service visit, they flooded my bathroom with raw fecal water. The mess ruined my flooring and baseboards, creating a major health hazard and requiring extensive remediation and repairs that will cost thousands of dollars to fix. To make matters worse: When I reached out to report the severe damage caused by their technician, they completely ignored me. They have refused to return my phone calls or address the issue. Despite destroying my property, they still had the audacity to charge me for their service. Their negligence, lack of basic hygiene standards, and total failure in customer service are appalling. Avoid Rooter Hero Plumbing at all costs unless you want your home damaged and your calls ignored.
