Reggie and his assistant were great. He provided a couple options for me. I ended-up going with the simple clean-out for $179 which included a 30-day warranty on the work. He also helped me understand how our drainage is routed under the basement floor as we prepare for some renovation work.

Reggie did everything right, from calling promptly to answering questions and explaining things clearly to asking questions. He did a little extra that wasn't in the call, and cleaned up as best he could. We will be calling RooterMan again. Thank you!
