Great job. Completed quickly.

The crew showed up on time and got right to work. Everything went very well and by the end of the day we had new piping, new water heater, and our water back on. The crew minimized disruption to walls, placed the new shutoff valves in more convenient spots, and cleaned up pretty well. I highly recommend Rooter & Sons.

Rooter and Sons plumping was an incredibly reliable and prompt company to have come out and do the work on our house that needed to be taken care of. Fair pricing and excellent work so we knew what we were getting was quality that we trusted. We also had an emergency on Christmas Eve (frozen pipes) and Rooter and Sons came to the rescue so our Christmas wasn’t ruined! Highly recommend them for anything you’d need done that is planned and unplanned! They have repaired and or replaced: well parts, well pump parts, water tank parts, added a heating element to our pipes that froze after repairing it to ensure it will never happen again, various piping that needed to be replaced and all around anything that was an issue, was no longer an issue or a worry we had to have after they were done with the work!

Chad and his team were proficient and professional. Pricing was reasonable and I am very pleased with the work that was performed. Will hire again for any future plumbing needs!

The plumber Eric didn’t want to wear a mask. Said “Vaccines don’t work’. Then changed the estimate by 40 % . Contacted Chad the owner who said he does not require his people to be vaccinated…. So if you use this company you are exposing your home and family to Covid ! Owner unapologetic and arrogant.

Scott Ferran did a great job! Got here early, was working in 30-degree weather, and was professional and quick. Another great experience.

Chad and his team were able to repipe the house including the outside in two days. He was always very responsive and did their best to cut clean holes in the drywall. They listened to every request I had (I did not want to drill through the floor of my master bath, but the wall instead) and they always obliged. They were on time and provided a good value for their service. I will call on them anytime I need something done.

Rooter & Sons Plumbing provided prompt, responsive, excellent work. We needed to replace a failing Apollo water heater (manufacturer out of business) that provided hot water for both domestic use and forced air heating. Chad (the owner, who came to the job site and checked the completed work), and his plumbers, Eric and John, went well beyond the minimum, finding the best compatible replacement, installing it within 24 hours and identifying and replumbing, as part of the job, work on the piping and valves leading to and from the unit that had been poorly done by prior plumbers. The Rooter guys were easy to contact and to work with. I certainly would hire them again -- and I subsequently have, with the same excellent results and high satisfaction. (When trying to decide who to hire for the job, I was put off, at first, by the company name, which does not covey the scope of their experience and capabilities. They're really nice skilled, full service plumbers; thus the string of 5 star reviews they get from their customers.)

They were friendly and very professional. They were here the next to do the job. They completed the job on that day. They exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to others!

It took more time than cleaning out the pipes might have, but they were clogged, and I thought it was worth it to have them replaced. The man doing the work, and the two helpers who brought him the materials, were all first-rate workers.

Chad was very responsive to my request on Angie's list. He gave an accurate quote and communicated through text and email through the entire process so I knew exactly when someone was coming to the house. I sent the request in first thing in the morning and had a new water heater by 4pm the same day! Super honest and responsive!

Called Chad on a Saturday afternoon regarding a problem with our tankless water heater. He was happy to come out that day but told me that the availability for the parts would be limited and he may not be able to fix it until Monday and I would have been charged for a weekend service call. He came first thing Monday morning and had the problem fixed by the early afternoon after diagnosing the problem. I greatly appreciated his honesty, promptness and saving me the charge of a weekend call. I could live one day without hot water!

Discovered that my hot water tank was leaking at 12:00 pm. They called, set up an appointment that day. The price was reasonable. Within the hour two men were there with a new water heater. They removed the old leaking tank and installed the new one along with all of the needed plumbing. I could not be happier with the service that I received from Rooter & Sons! I would recommend them highly and will call again if I have any more plumbing needs.
