The only difficulty was in scheduling. It took several weeks to get William there, but understandably so, since he is a one-person shop. Once here, he was professional, hard-working, and straightforward. I would recommend him, however if you are buying a coupon from AL, please keep in mind that it may take a couple of weeks to get on his schedule. <br />

Was schedule for work on Saturday but didn't complete. Said equipment was at another job site. Said he didn't have to come and see the site first but when got there said he needed that equipment. Came back next day and did the job. Job was done very well. <br />

Great experience.  Mr. Rorer came out and gave us an estimate and came back and did the repairs a couple of days later.  He found the root problem with the roof and fixed it.  The price was very reasonable.  He is an honest repairman. <br />

He and his helper made sure that all the furniture was covered. They did an absolutely fantastic job painting. They were very meticulous in cleaning up after they were finished for the day too. I highly recommend Mr. Rorer.

He was very professional (he even arrived a little early), he inquired beforehand if I needed him to pick up the fluorescents which I didn't, and he went about his work without making phone calls or taking breaks.  I am now comfortable that I have someone to complete the repairs around the house that I cannot do.

Excellent on all fronts -- pricing, timely and high quality work, and level of professionalism. Mr. Rorer's estimate was the lowest of three bids I solicited, and yet his work was outstanding. Before doing the job, he came out on a Saturday to assess the area and prepare an estimate. After I accepted the estimate, we were able to work out a date within weeks. He arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and, most importantly, did great work. I'll definitely go to him for my next project! <br />

From start to finish, William Rorer was incredibly professional, punctual, and responsive to my needs. He returned my initial phone call the same day and set a time to come to my home for an estimate the very next day. After discussing the work, he was able to fit me into his schedule with short notice since I had only a small window of opportunity in which I was available for the work to be done. He even came over to start the work on the Labor Day holiday. He is very professional and knowledgeable! The work was completed on two different days in order to allow the tile glue to set before he grouted. He completed the work and left the area clean. He does very quality work. I discussed various other projects with him which indicated to me he has a vast knowledge and experience with home improvement contract work. I would trust him to do many other projects in my home and am very confident of his knowledge and experience. I will be calling him again! <br />

We had a leak which damaged the ceiling and walls in two rooms. William returned our call promptly and provided a reasonable estimate. He was able to start right away. To sand and mud took 2 days' worth of work and painting the ceilings and rooms took 2 more. William and his crew showed up promptly and were never late. Roberto performed most of the work and he is very skilled. William showed up each day to check on the crew/work and update us on their status. William bought all the paint/supplies and performed all of the work with no deposit. The final bill was the same as his estimate--no hidden costs. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work, the reliability of the service and the price was very reasonable. We would use this service again!

Despite the long distance to my house (1 hour commute), William came out to provide an estimate for all the different work I needed to have done. He emailed a detailed proposal a few days later. I had a few other estimates (one higher price and one lower price). I scheduled the work with William because I was impressed that he was willing to come out this far for the job, he had good reviews, and his price seemed fair and reasonable for quality work. William and his assistant worked a full week. They had to come back to fix one problem that they forget to remedy and also take a look at some stains in the powder bath tile which unfortunately was a product defect. <br /> Overall, all the work completed was high quality. The drywall work was impressive. They took their time to do it right. They did several layers of thin skim coating and sanding and we have a smooth flawless finish in all the repaired areas. The base and shoe molding cuts are excellent. <br /> We are considering having William do our master bath remodeling if our budget will allow! <br /> William is dependable, knowledgable, skilled, and professional all the way around.

Everything was done ver professionally. William and Roberto arrived every day right on time.The work was excellent and clean up was very good accoring to my wife who is an expert on cleaning, take my word for that. <br /> Will definitely call William again when the need arises. You will not be disappointed if you hire William for your job.

Mr. Rorer responded promptly to my initial inquiry and began work on the date that we agreed upon. He and/or his assistant showed up on time for each of the 5 days of work. He was responsive to my requests, and did an excellent job all around for a fair price. I was very pleased with the quality of his work, and will likely use his services again in the future.

William was very responsive and very knowledgeable. When he came to give us an estimate he also gave us suggestions. Very easy to work with and a great job.

We have used them a lot. They have fair pricing and are responsive. We have referred them to friends and family before.

Their price was lower than everyone else. They were able to come and do it when we needed it done. If I had an issue they would come back an take care of it. There was one issue I overlooked and they came back and took care of it. The guy was very nice and I trusted him. The guy fixed our doorbell by going to home depot, buying one, and installing it but just charged us for the doorbell and not for labor. The price was reasonable for the amount of work we wanted done, even though it had been a little more work than he anticipated, he didn't charge us an astronomical price.
